- Apollo Crews defeated MVP by pinfall to retain the United States Championship.
- Charly Caruso interviews Apollo Crews backstage, noting he is now the undisputed United States champion. He will hang the original title in his children's bedroom whilst using MVP's version for himself.
- MVP complains about an unsafe working environment, adding that Apollo Crews should be ashamed of himself. He claims Crews stole his title and he wants a rematch at SummerSlam.
- Bayley and Sasha Banks gloat backstage with all the gold.
- A security guard is shown outside what is believed to be Shane McMahon's room.
- Bayley and Sasha Banks note in terms of defending their titles at SummerSlam, they have brought a video package which explains everything. This video package airs which praises the pair for being brilliant. They are Bayley Dos Straps and 2 Belts Banks. Asuka is then shown telling them to be very afraid. As Banks complains about the unprofessionalism of the interview, Shayna Baszler arrives to attack Banks.
- Kevin Owens walks backstage as The IIconics ask to be on the KO Show. He says he already has guests so they can't be on the show this week.
- Kevin Owens comes out for the KO Show as we go to commercial. Once we return, he explains Shane McMahon is returning to Raw tonight. What he wants to talk about is the issues surrounding Ruby Riott. Riott comes down to the ring and Owens highlights how emotional Riott had become after losing to Peyton Royce. Riott explains The IIconics have ground salt into the wound of not winning since February, putting an end to their bullshit last week. Liv Morgan comes down to the ring and asks to hear what Riott has to say. Owens explains they worked well as a team before and bring the best out of each other. Riott proceeds to tell Morgan she thought things would be the same when she returned, but Morgan was thriving and coming into her own. This made her realize she wasn't needed at all, which was something she wasn't ready for. Riott asks for a second chance for The Riott Squad to be stronger than ever, but The IIconics interrupt proceedings. They say fans are sick and tired of listening to Riott. They say they will always be better than Riott and Morgan, with Morgan agreeing she and Riott are not like The IIconics. The IIconics demand a match and slap Owens for his insults towards them which leads to Riott and Morgan taking them out as we cut to commercial.
- The Riott Squad defeated The IIconics by pinfall.
- The IIconics try to take out Liv Morgan post match, only for Ruby Riott to save the day.
- Charly Caruso shows debris backstage which appears to have been causing the production issues in the show. MVP approaches Caruso and he vents his frustration. Caruso informs him that Apollo Crews has accepted his challenge for SummerSlam. Shelton Benjamin arrives to inform MVP that his 24/7 Championship has been stolen.
- Drew McIntyre comes down to the ring and addresses Randy Orton. He has spent 20 years capitalizing on the vulnerability of wrestlers, however McIntyre is not happy he was attacked last week. He warns Orton it won't happen again, noting he is as motivated to keep the WWE Championship as Orton is to take it. They were both announced as the future if this industry, but things didn't go to plan. Whereas Orton had everything handed to him, McIntyre had to work hard for everything. He deserves to get fired, but it was Orton who should have been fired multiple times. This brings out The Legend Killer, flanked by Ric Flair. Orton asks why his respect for McIntyre is not enough and notes if he didn't want to be here, then why does he still turn up every week? He will RKO and punt kick McIntyre at SummerSlam to win the WWE Championship. He also admits he should have been fired, but he was protected as he is valuable to the company. McIntyre lays the belt down in the ring, adding that he thinks Orton represents everything that is wrong with WWE. It was interesting to hear Orton was pulled up to The Undertaker's level, but Orton has never done that with a future star himself. Orton is not a leader, but rather a selfish prick.
- Ric Flair approaches Kevin Owens and says he needs to start taking care of himself rather than be a guidance counselor. Owens notes he has sacrificed friendships for his career, but he is trying a new route to the top. He is what Randy Orton could be if he wanted to. Flair tells Owens to mind his own business, which prompts Owens to challenge Orton next week on Raw.
- Nia Jax informs the crowd she is out in the ring to apologize for her actions last week against Pat Buck. She criticizes Buck and says it is her responsibility to step back. Instead of an apology, Jax offers Buck a match against her. Buck doesn't want to fight, whilst Jax continues to insult him. Buck informs Jax is indefinitely suspended without pay, with Jax reprising her attack from last week.
- R-Truth runs to the ring with the 24/7 Championship as we cut to commercial.
- Akira Tozawa defeated Shelton Benjamin and R-Truth by pinfall to win the 24/7 Championship.
- Shane McMahon explains he is bringing something new in the form of Raw Underground as we cut to commercial.
- A recap is shown of last week's attack on Dominik and Aleister Black. Dominik is interviewed about why he continues to show up on Raw, but he says it is due to witnessing his dad become blinded at the hands of Seth Rollins. Dominik challenges Rollins to a match at SummerSlam.
- Shayna Baszler and Sasha Banks went to a no contest.
- Asuka attacked Bayley and stares down Sasha Banks. Asuka is interviewed by Charly Caruso in the ring as we see a recap of last week's Raw Women's Championship match. Asuka notes Kairi Sane will be okay, but she is not here. Bayley and Sasha Banks are, therefore she wants a rematch for the title at SummerSlam. Shayna Baszler gets in the ring and says she is rooting for Asuka to win the title because he is excited at the prospect of dismembering Asuka and taking the title from her. Sasha Banks comes out to deliver a message that she is the Raw Women's Champion, but she will give Asuka her rematch if she can defeat Bayley next week. Bayley looks pissed that she has been offered for such a match.
- Demi Burnett is being wooed by Angel Garza backstage as Andrade and Zelina Vega arrive and tell Garza that they need to talk.
- Shane McMahon is shown again with Raw Underground, where it seems seedy looking activities are taking place.
- As we return from commercial, Shane McMahon explains there are very few rules on Raw Underground. He introduces two performers who compete in a shoot style match. Dabba-Kato destroys two guys in a row as we leave Raw Underground.
- The Street Profits get serious as they explain they are not playing after being previously attacked by Andrade and Angel Garza.
- Angel Garza defeated Angelo Dawkins by pinfall.
- Montez Ford seemingly passed out during the previous match.
- Andrade and Montez Ford went to a no contest.
- Montez Ford once again collapses in the ring, causing his match to end prematurely.
- Seth Rollins informs Murphy that he made the right decision last week. The past is in the past, whilst Murphy notes the stupidity of Dominik's challenge. Rollins walks away without sharing his thoughts.
- We return to Raw Underground as Erik takes on an unknown performer. Erik easily wins the contest. There is one more fight to come tonight.
- A recap of Montez Ford collapsing is shown. Charly Caruso is approached by Angel Garza as she waits outside the doctors room for an update. He gives her a rose, whilst Zelina Vega shares her concern for Ford. Angelo Dawkins states the doctors believe Ford was poisoned before the match. Bianca Belair accuses Vega of poisoning Ford and attacks her. Dawkins pulls her off Vega whilst Andrade keeps Vega under control.
- Security footage is shown from earlier tonight as a group of five individuals set fire to some production equipment.
- Charly Caruso approaches The Hurt Business to question their lack of success tonight. MVP is not happy, calling Raw Underground a stunt. He claims their night has been sabotaged.
- A recap is shown for Seth Rollins' long running campaign against the Mysterio family.
- Seth Rollins states he has some housekeeping to tend to. He addresses Tom Phillips, asking him if he considers himself a professional and an unbiased journalist who takes pride in his job. Rollins yells at Phillips for cheering Dominik on last week and inviting his rage. Phillips' voice matters as he is the voice of Raw, therefore he is a part of the greater good whether he likes it or not. Rollins calls Phillips a liability, so the time has come to find a new voice for Raw. Murphy tries to take Phillips but Samoa Joe refuses to allow that to happen. Joe threatens to beat Murphy in front of Rollins, with Rollins warning him that he doesn't want to do this. Joe removes his headset with Rollins and Murphy retreat into to the ring as we head to commercial. Once we return, Dominik attacks Rollins and Murphy with a kendo stick. Dominik clears the ring and jumps off the top rope to take them both out. Rollins angrily accepts Dominik's challenge of a match at SummerSlam.
- We return to Raw Underground with Dolph Ziggler kicking ass. Ziggler wins his bout via submission as The Hurt Business arrive. MVP announces Raw Underground is now controlled by The Hurt Business, and he offers anyone a shot at Bobby Lashley. He immediately takes out his first victim, with MVP looking for a victim of his own. He decimated a small guy as Shelton Benjamin takes out his own victim. The Hurt Business start taking out the patrons of Raw Underground as we go off the air.
