- Drew McIntyre opens the show by getting the fans in attendance as part of WWE Thunderdome to put their thumbs up for him. McIntyre says he worked harder than Randy Orton and is so damn proud to be WWE Champion, and although Orton is the absolute best, he was that much better last night. If Orton wants a rematch, he will send him to Claymore Country. As McIntyre leaves and poses at the top of the ramp, Orton attacks him from behind before taking him out backstage.
- A video package airs for Keith Lee.
- Nia Jax is asked what she is doing backstage as she was suspended. Jax notes the key word there is 'was'. Shayna Baszler taunts Jax and calls her Haystacks Calhoun, whilst Jax calls Baszler an Addams Family reject.
- If looks could kill, Bayley would be dead as she is stared at by Sasha Banks as they make their way down to the ring. Nia Jax also makes her way to the ring to be a spectator for Bayley vs Shayna Baszler.
- Shayna Baszler defeated Bayley by DQ.
- Nia Jax attacks Shayna Baszler and causes the DQ. Baszler and Jax stop fighting after Bayley instructs Jax to attack Baszler some more.
- Kevin Owens is looking for Aleister Black backstage as we go to commercial.
- Kevin Owens opens The KO Show by inviting Aleister Black to join him. Black comes out clad in a black suit, with a black bandage covering his right eye. Owens asks how Black's eye is healing up, and he insists on showing the footage of him being attacked by Seth Rollins and Murphy from a month ago. Black feigns injury before attacking Owens, hitting a Black Mass before he leaves the ring.
- Sasha Banks tells Charly Caruso backstage that she will regain the Raw Women's Championship tonight.
- Akira Tozawa defeated Shelton Benjamin, R-Truth and Cedric Alexander by pinfall to win the 24/7 Championship.
- Randy Orton is asked to comment about what he did to Drew McIntyre, and he says he will explain next. Back from commercial, Orton makes his way to the ring and explains he will always be a man of his word. He is The Legend Killer, and he enjoyed hitting two Punt Kicks on Drew McIntyre for offering him a rematch out of pity. He is the greatest wrestler ever, however he is interrupted by the debut of Keith Lee. Lee introduces himself to Orton, noting he has come here to offer him the opportunity and privilege to bask in his glory. He is limitless, and seeing as though Orton is looking for a fight, he offers Orton a one on one match tonight on Raw. Orton bails and says maybe later.
- Charly Caruso asks Zelina Vega if she is ready to admit she poisoned Montez Ford. Vega continues to deny it and storms off, whilst Angel Garza flirts with Demi Burnett and Caruso.
- Montez Ford defeated Angel Garza by pinfall.
- Nia Jax explains to Shayna Baszler that they could defeat Bayley and Sasha Banks for the Women's Tag Team Championship at Payback.
- The Riott Squad & Bianca Belair defeated The IIconics & Zelina Vega by pinfall.
- MVP criticises Cedric Alexander backstage for losing the 24/7 Championship. He reminds Alexander that The Hurt Business is a family, and he should accept his offer.
- Mark Henry is in the ring with arm wrestling equipment as he invites Bobby Lashley and Apollo Crews to join him. Crews wins the arm wrestling contest but Bobby Lashley attacks Crews.
- Charly Caruso asks Rey Mysterio about his family, and Mysterio explains he is proud of his son and could not ask for more. Last night Dominik Mysterio became a man.
- Lana and Natalya are in the ring. Lana explains a very special woman is being inducted into the Hall of Fame. Natalya calls herself the Best of All Time. They are here to provide a tribute to Mickie James, although her trailblazing ways end tonight. Natalya asks for a reel of James' best moments, only for nothing to show. James takes out both Natalya and Lana and retreats to the back.
- The Hurt Business arrive at Raw Underground looking for a fight as we go to commercial.
- Bobby Lashley easily destroys a jobber on Raw Underground. Dolph Ziggler enters the ring to start a fight with Lashley, which Lashley wins in style. Lashley takes out another jobber as we leave Raw Underground.
- Randy Orton defeated Keith Lee by DQ.
- Drew McIntyre attacked Randy Orton and sent him to the back. As we return from commercial, he explains to Charly Caruso that he doesn't need Keith Lee's help. He is once again attacked by Orton, who delivers a third Punt Kick of the night. Once we return from yet another commercial, Caruso explains doctors fear McIntyre has a career threatening skull fracture.
- There are a number of lumberjacks around the ring for Asuka vs Sasha Banks.
- Asuka defeated Sasha Banks by submission to retain the Raw Women's Championship.
- Drew McIntyre has been taken to hopsital due to the seriousness of his injury. Charly Caruso asked Keith Lee for his thoughts, and he says the WWE Champion will be ok. He cannot say the same however for Randy Orton.
- Back on Raw Underground as Bobby Lashley takes on Cedric Alexander, with Lashley winning by submission. All hell breaks loose as The Viking Raiders attack The Hurt Business, with The Hurt Business standing tall.
- Rey Mysterio & Dominik Mysterio vs Seth Rollins & Murphy ended in a no contest.
- RETRIBUTION attacked Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio to cause a no contest. Seth Rollins and Murphy look on with a smile over their faces, whilst RETRIBUTION stand on the ring apron as we go off the air.
