- Samoa Joe opens Raw with a contract signing between Dominik Mysterio and Seth Rollins. Rollins is accompanied to the ring by Murphy, whilst Mysterio comes alone with a kendo stick. Rollins calls Mysterio a coward for bringing the kendo stick with him, whilst Joe calls Rollins sad for not being Seth Freaking Rollins. Rollins denies that he has given Mysterio no choice but to compete, adding how Rey Mysterio and Aleister Black both made the wrong choice. If anything, he is the one who has had no choice. Mysterio highlights how Rollins has ruined the lives of good men, adding that the greater good is a sham. Rollins tells Mysterio he should be on his knees thanking The Monday Night Messiah for getting him to sign a WWE contract, but seeing as though he struggles to believe Mysterio would last 10 seconds in the ring with him as part of a standard match, he offers Mysterio the right to use a kendo stick during their match at SummerSlam. Mysterio signs his WWE contract and is told by Rollins to get out of his ring as he competes against Humberto Carrillo next.
- Seth Rollins defeated Humberto Carrillo by pinfall.
- Murphy attacks Dominik Mysterio post match and rolls him into the ring for Rollins to attack him. Mysterio escapes the clutches of Murphy, but the numbers game proves too much. Murphy hands Rollins the kendo stick, who proceeds to use it on Mysterio multiple times. Mysterio's shirt is removed so Rollins can hit his bare skin with the kendo stick whilst he is tied up in the ropes. Rollins addresses Mysterio's father at home as he inflicts more pain on his son. Murphy retrieves multiple kendo sticks and he and Rollins double team Mysterio with the sticks, leaving Mysterio a bruised and battered shell of himself in the ring as we go to commercial.

- A video package is shown for RETRIBUTION.
- Zelina Vega claims to be innocent in relation to the poisoning of Montez Ford last week. She wouldn't risk the success of her associates and doesn't appreciate Bianca Belair putting her hands on her. As Angelo Dawkins comes out for his match with Andrade, the production issues from last week return.
- Angelo Dawkins defeated Andrade by pinfall.
- Bianca Belair takes out Zelina Vega and gloats at her handywork.
- Bianca Belair defeated Zelina Vega by pinfall.
- Charly Caruso asks if Bianca Belair has any evidence that Zelina Vega poisioned Montez Ford, and she explains she knows it was Vega. Angelo Dawkins adds The Street Profits will be victorious at SummerSlam.
- An investigative edition of The VIP Lounge is up next as we go to commercial.
- MVP wants to pop ligaments and tendons. He says there is a conspiracy taking place, blaming the production issues for his loss against Apollo Crews last week. Crews comes out to highlight how MVP always makes excuses, as he gloats about holding MVP's custom United States Championship. MVP claims Crews makes bad decisions such as coming out here by himself, but Crews says he is a bad man, so he can make those decisions. He doesn't care about The Hurt Business, promising MVP's lights will be going out at SummerSlam. Crews starts to destroy The VIP Lounge as we go to commercial.
- Shelton Benjamin defeated Apollo Crews by pinfall.
- Bobby Lashley attempts to Full Nelson Apollo Crews, but MVP calls it off as he needs Crews fit for SummerSlam. Crews manages to knock out MVP and escape.
- Footage is shown of RETRIBUTION throwing a cinderblock through a window at The WWE Performance Center.
- Mickie James returns to Raw to say she has gold on the mind. Natalya and Lana are here to say that Natalya is a much better in ring competitor. This makes her the best of all time.
- A recap of last week's Raw Underground is shown.
- Ricochet, Cedric Alexander & The Viking Raiders defeated Akira Tozawa and his Ninjas by pinfall.
- R-Truth brings a referee to the ramp whilst disguised as a ninja.
- R-Truth defeated Akira Tozawa by pinfall to win the 24/7 Championship.
- Drew McIntyre is interviewed by Charly Caruso as he highlights Randy Orton's attempts at self preservation. He notes that evolution will have passed Orton by.
- Peyton Royce defeated Liv Morgan by pinfall.
- Ruby Riott apologises to Liv Morgan in the ring for causing her defeat.
- Raw Underground is here as we see a fight in progress. Riddick Moss defeats his opponent in convincing fashion.
- Asuka defeated Bayley by submission.
- Asuka is now confirmed as Sasha Banks' opponent at SummerSlam for the Raw Women's Championship.
- Back to Raw Underground as Arturo Ruas is introduced by Shane McMahon. He swiftly destroys his opponent and no-one takes up the opportunity to fight him.
- Dabba-Kato is back and he absolutely destroys his opponent. Shayna Baszler arrives and takes over the ring. No-one wants to face her so she takes out a female patron and proceeds to destroy a number of the women. She is circled by three of the women, but she still comes out on top.
- RETRIBUTION tip a car onto it's roof as they create more chaos.
- Randy Orton defeated Kevin Owens by pinfall.
- Ric Flair celebrates with Randy Orton in the ring. Orton asks for a microphone and asks for Flair to stay put as he needs to discuss something with him as we go to commercial. When we return, Orton says he has every right to be upset with him, but he just cannot be mad at The Nature Boy. Flair's ego got him into this fight last week, but he doesn't respect or love him anymore as Flair is a liability. Orton claims Flair wished for him to be the son he always wanted. Flair acknowedged what Orton said, admitting he wants to be in the spotlight because he is 71 years old and wants to see Orton break his record for most world championships. Flair becomes emotional, with Orton hugging Flair before giving him a low blow to leave him in pain in the middle of the ring. Orton follows this up with a Punt Kick as the lights go off. Orton inspects Flair as the lights come back on, with Drew McIntyre coming to the ring to call Orton an evil son of a bitch and check on Flair. WWE officials come to check on Flair whilst Orton and McIntyre stare each other down as we go off the air.
