He understood what the Eye for an Eye stipulation would entail going into his match with Rey Mysterio, and the image of Mysterio holding his bloody eye in his hands will stay with him forever. He doesn't regret what happened, claiming the WWE universe have done this to him. They turned him into a monster, and actions have consequences. Aleister Black has had enough and comes to the ring, only to be attacked by Murphy. Black fights with Murphy around the ring before scaring Rollins out of the ring as we cut to commercial.

- Seth Rollins starts to walk backstage. only for Murphy and himself to attack Aleister Black in the ring. Murphy destroys Black outside the ring before Rollins attempts to break Black's arm around the ring post and then against the announcer's table. Rollins Curb Stomps Black's hand against the wooden covering of the announcer's table and leaves the scene of the crime with Murphy.
- Highlights are shown from Extreme Rules of MVP declaring himself the new United States Champion. We then see MVP backstage with Bobby Lashley and Ron Simmons, only for R-Truth to arrive holding a huge frying pan. Truth refers to Apollo Crews as the real United States Champion. Shelton Benjamin appears with a referee and takes out R-Truth.

- Shelton Benjamin agrees to accompany MVP and Bobby Lashley to the ring as we go to commercial. Back from commercial, MVP, Bobby Lashley and Benjamin are in the ring, with MVP informing everyone that he is the new United States Champion. Ricochet and Cedric Alexander come out after being called dumb and dumber, with Ricochet calling MVP a chump. MVP boasts about how The Hurt Business is stronger than Ricochet and Alexander, only for Mustafa Ali to make his return to WWE from injury ad join Ricochet and Alexander against The Hurt Business.

- Randy Orton is backstage monologuing. He recalls his destruction of Edge, noting how his friendships are all gone. Orto adds that he will end The Big Show's career tonight.
- A video package airs for The Big Show detailing the threat he poses.
- Christian is interviewed at home by Samoa Joe. Christian explains Randy Orton and Ric Flair are low for their actions in his own unsanctioned match. He is looking forward to seeing The Big Show knock Orton out.
- Bianca Belair is interviewed backstage, noting she is the EST of WWE. Peyton Royce interrupts, calling Belair the dumbest of all time for getting involved in her issues with Ruby Riott.

- Tom Phillips recaps the feud between The Street Profits and the team of Andrade and Angel Garza. Charly Caruso attempts to interview Andrade and Garza, but Zelina Vega highlights how The Street Profits have been in hiding as they are scared. Andrade adds they will be one step closer to becoming Raw Tag Team Champions, only to be attacked by The Street Profits backstage.

- Bayley comes out to the ring with Sasha Banks, who still has possession of the Raw Women's Championship. Bayley asks for respect for Banks, whilst Banks claims she is the rightful champion. Banks adds that Bayley only borrowed the referee's shirt as someone needed to officiate the match after Asuka took him out with her mist. Asuka comes to the ring accompanied by Kairi Sane, claiming Banks was not ready for her. Banks tells Asuka to come and get her title, only for Stephanie McMahon to come on the titantron to confirm Banks is not the Raw Women's Champion. Next week we will have a Raw Women's Championship match to determine the rightful champion.
- Kairi Sane defeated Bayley by pinfall.
- Drew McIntyre is asked what condition he is in, and he says he is not good, but still being WWE Champion makes him feel better.
- Drew McIntyre comes out to the ring and praises Dolph Ziggler for stacking the odds against him at Extreme Rules. McIntyre wants a worthy opponent for SummerSlam, however Ziggler comes out to say he was so close to becoming WWE Champion. McIntyre tells The Show Off to bugger off and headbutts him as he attempts to leave the ring. Ziggler calls McIntyre a son of a bitch and begs for another match with the WWE Champion, offering him the choice of the match stipulation. McIntyre accepts, noting he will only reveal the match stipulation the moment before the bell rings.
- The Big Show monologues backstage, hyping up how dangerous Randy Orton is.
- Randy Orton defeated The Big Show by pinfall.
- Randy Orton Punt Kicks The Big Show, telling him that one more legend is gone as we go off the air.
