WWE Title Change: New SmackDown Tag Team Champions Crowned on SmackDown April 17, 2020 | Smark Out Moment
The WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship has changed hands as Big E defeated Jey Uso and The Miz to win the titles on the April 17, 2020 edition of Friday Night SmackDown.

My immediate reaction: WOW. I really didn't expect to see this happen. Not only was it a SmackDown episode, it was also a singles match. I thought the next time the titles would go to someone new would be Money in the Bank. Very curious why they pulled the trigger like this. Maybe it was just "to do something to get people talking" and nothing more. But hey, I love The New Day, so I'm cool with this.
