  • Randy Orton starts the show with a promo, inviting AJ Styles to the ring. Styles talks about how he had the best RKO ever last week and he'll win the Royal Rumble. Drew McIntyre comes out to invite himself into a Triple Threat match. Drew McIntyre defeated Randy Orton and AJ Styles by pinfall on Styles.
  • Seth Rollins rah rah AOP in the locker room.
  • Ricochet defeated Mojo Rawley by pinfall.
  • Charlotte Flair defeated Sarah Logan by submission.
  • Kevin Owens is stressed about the Fistfight rules, according to Samoa Joe and Big Show, but everyone seems confident, especially in Big Show's crazy big hands.
  • Time for a Brock Lesnar aka Paul Heyman promo. Some serious heat in this crowd. R-Truth interrupts after Heyman talks about how his spoilers are always the truth. R-Truth says his childhood hero John Cena taught him to never give up, so, for the first time ever, the 24/7 48/7, 7/11 I-95 South Lexington Kentucky European TV champion will be in the Royal Rumble. He knows Paul Heyman will go flying over that top rope. Heyman clarifies he's not in the match, Lesnar is. R-Truth undeclares the Royal Rumble match. He doesn't want Brock to take him to Sioux Falls City. He asks Brock "what's up" and does a split and dances. Lesnar hits him with a clothesline and an F-5. After the commercial break, Mojo Rawley takes advantage and pins R-Truth to win the 24/7 Championship.
  • Earlier, When Bobby Lashley and Lana arrived, Charly Caruso talked to them. They recapped everything from the previous weeks to catch new viewers (lol as if there are new viewers to Raw) up to speed on this SUPER DUPER complex storyline. Lana and Lashley have new year resolutions to accept how everyone is jealous of them and how they are going to crush Rusev.
  • Bobby Lashley defeated Rusev by pinfall. Liv Morgan came out for the end of the match to have a crappy yelling fit with Lana until Lana threw a drink in her face and tossed her into the security barricade. This still isn't over, and it hasn't gotten any better. After the break, Lana and Lashley talked to Charly Caruso. Next week, they'll have a mixed tag team match. Lashley gets upset that he has to beat Rusev again and take care of her on top of it and walks out.
  • In an open challenge, The Viking Raiders defeated The Singh Brothers by pinfall.
  • Rusev calls Lana and Lashley a waste of breath. Liv Morgan promises she's the living embodiment of her karma and karma's a bitch.
  • Contract signing for Becky Lynch vs. Asuka. They sign. Asuka spits the green mist in Becky's face.
  • Next week, Andrade and Rey Mysterio will fight in a ladder match for the United States Championship.
  • Aleister Black defeated Buddy Murphy by pinfall. Murphy stayed ringside even after the break and didn't want to talk to Charly Caruso.
  • Erick Rowan defeated a jobber by pinfall. During the match, Rowan reached into the cage to show it to the guy and whatever was inside bit him in the hand and caused him to bleed.
  • Fistfight: Seth Rollins and AOP defeated Big Show, Samoa Joe and Kevin Owens with an assist from Buddy Murphy, who Seth Rollins convinced to help them out.
