WWE Elimination Chamber 2020 Results

The Viking Raiders vs. Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder

RESULT: The Viking Raiders won by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Squash. Complete waste of a match that neglects feuds that should have been on this card and pairs two teams up that haven't been given any limelight as of late and make no sense to put together. What in the hell is WWE thinking with this card?!

Daniel Bryan vs. Drew Gulak

RESULT: Daniel Bryan won by submission.
THOUGHTS: Goddamn it, guys, don't risk Bryan's neck like that! I enjoyed this match a lot for what they did, but my stomach is in knots from nerves that Bryan is injured again.

United States Championship Match: Andrade (c) vs. Humberto Carrillo

RESULT: Andrade retained by pinfall when he held Carrillo's tights.
THOUGHTS: This was more entertaining than I thought it would be, but I still just do not care about this feud. I'm very happy Andrade retained.

SmackDown Tag Team Championship Elimination Chamber Match: Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode vs. Heavy Machinery vs. John Morrison and The Miz vs. Lucha House Party vs. The New Day vs. The Usos

Starting off is The New Day vs. The Usos.
Lucha House Party enter.
Hey hey, ho ho, The Miz and John Morrison are now in.
Heavy Machinery are in.
Lucha House Party is eliminated by Heavy Machinery.
Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode are last.
Heavy Machinery is eliminated by Roode and Ziggler.
Ziggler and Roode are eliminated by The Usos.
The New Day is eliminated by The Miz and Morrison.
The Usos are eliminated by The Miz and Morrison

RESULT: John Morrison and The Miz retained the titles.
THOUGHTS: FANTASTIC match. This is going on my list for MOTY candidates.

No Disqualification Match: AJ Styles vs. Aleister Black

RESULT: Aleister Black won by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: It's weird they took this sidetrack for a mini feud between Black and Styles, but at least Black got the win back and this pushed The Undertaker story some more and the match was good.

Raw Tag Team Championship Match: The Street Profits (c) vs. Seth Rollins and Murphy

RESULT: The Street Profits retained by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: This was good enough, but not at all memorable, and just the same thing as the title win.

Intercontinental Championship 3-on-1 Handicap Match: Braun Strowman (c) vs. Cesaro, Sami Zayn and Shinsuke Nakamura

RESULT: Sami Zayn won the title by pinfall!
THOUGHTS: Wow. I didn't expect this to happen. I figured Strowman retaining made perfect sense. That sucks for Strowman, but I'm happy for Zayn. I really hope this wasn't some weird decision that they're going with on a whim. I want this to be part of an actual good plan that doesn't screw Strowman.

Raw Women's Championship No. 1 Contender's Elimination Chamber Match: Asuka vs. Liv Morgan vs. Natalya vs. Ruby Riott vs. Sarah Logan vs. Shayna Baszler

Starting off is Ruby Riott vs. Natalya.
Next is Sarah Logan.
Next in is Shayna Baszler.
Logan is eliminated by Baszler via submission.
Riott is eliminated by Baszler via submission.
Natalya is eliminated by Baszler via submission.
Next in is Liv Morgan.

RESULT: Shayna Baszler won.
THOUGHTS: Well that's the shocker of the century. Lame match, as expected.
