AEW Dynamite Results: 1/8/2020 Highlights

Tonight's episode of All Elite Wrestling Dynamite for January 8, 2020 took place at Landers Center in Southaven, MS. Here are the results of the show including highlights of all the matches, the winners, promos and more!

TV Results for All Elite Wrestling Wednesday Night Dynamite

  • Kenny Omega and Hangman Adam Page defeated Private Party by pinfall. After the match, PAC attacked Michael Nakazawa as a means to get to Omega and said he'll keep doing this until he gets a rubber match.
  • Riho defeated Kris Statlander by pinfall to retain the AEW Women's World Championship with The Nightmare Collective heavily getting involved and causing issues for both during the match. Hikaru Shida went to help, as well as eventually Sonny Kiss and Big Swole, but Britt Baker opted not to.
  • Sammy Guevara defeated Christopher Daniels by pinfall. Dark Order tried to recruit Daniels after the match, but he chose not to join them and was attacked as a result. Frankie Kazarian, Scorpio Sky and The Young Bucks came out to help.
  • Cody and Dustin Rhodes defeated The Lucha Brothers by pinfall.
  • MJF cut a promo on Cody being afraid to fight him. DDP came out to promote a lot of his stuff and bring up the idea of wrestling another match. The Blade, The Butcher and The Bunny came out. DDP managed to take out The Butcher and The Blade, but MJF hit DDP with a low blow. QT Marshall and Dustin Rhodes made the save.
  • Jurassic Express defeated Best Friends by pinfall.
  • Jon Moxley turned down the offer to join The Inner Circle.
