Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:
NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all
+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week
- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week
Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut
10. Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross [NR]
After being drafted separately to Raw, and then traded together over to SmackDown, Nikki Cross flew solo for this mismatched team on Friday night, winning a six-pack challenge for the right to challenge Bayley for the SmackDown Women's Championship.
9. Imperium [NR]
While Walter was not making his massive presence felt this week, Imperium were hoisted up by the tag team success of Marcel Barthel & Fabian Aichner. This European Union defeated Oney Lorcan & Danny Burch on NXT, before beating The Hunt on NXT UK.
8. Brock Lesnar [-2]
It didn't take long for Brock Lesnar to take one of his infamous weeks off. After being officially drafted to SmackDown on Monday, The Beast was nowhere to be seen, meaning Crown Jewel's WWE Championship build received no attention.
7. The Viking Raiders [NR]
After a long undefeated streak stretching back to their Raw debut, The Viking Raiders finally captured the Raw Tag Team Championships from the makeshift pairing of Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode, sending them packing to SmackDown.
6. The New Day [+1]
While it appears any hopes of Kofi Kingston chasing down his WWE Championship rematch are all but dashed, The New Day unit continued to pick up wins, teaming with Heavy Machinery to defeat The Revival, Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode.
5. Seth Rollins [-1]
No in-ring action for the Universal Champion this week, as instead Seth Rollins saved his fighting with Bray Wyatt to the Firefly Funhouse set, before burning it down to the sounds of rapturous booing by many in the audience.
4. The Undisputed Era [-1]
Roderick Strong's plan to keep hold of his NXT North American Championship at all costs came back to bite him this week. The Undisputed Era's mauling of Velveteen Dream and Strong's interference in Keith Lee vs Dominik Dijakovic means that he will have to defend his title against both behemoths in a Triple Threat match next week.
3. The Boss & Hug Connection [-1]
A week on inactivity sees The Boss & Hug Connection fall down the rankings. Sasha Banks wasn't medically cleared to compete with Becky Lynch on Raw, and instead the pair only featured on MizTV to shed light on Bayley's new look and attitude.
2. The Kabuki Warriors [+3]
The Kabuki Warriors' rise to prominence continued on Raw, as the Women's Tag Team Champions successfully navigated their first title defense against a pair of past rivals in Natalya & Lacey Evans.
1. Becky Lynch [No Change]
For yet another week, Becky Lynch is untouchable at the top of the Power Rankings. The Raw Women's Champion defeated her perennial rival Charlotte Flair in the opening match of Raw to secure the red brand the first draft pick of the night.
HONORABLE MENTIONS
Tommaso Ciampa - Back five months early from his devastating neck injury, Tommaso Ciampa made his long-awaited return to NXT in a victory over Angel Garza.
Tegan Nox - Another person who returned to NXT with a win after a long-term injury, Tegan Nox dispatched of Taynara Conti before drawing the attention of NXT Women's Champion Shayna Baszler.
Roman Reigns - While King Corbin's interference prevented him winning the Intercontinental Championship on SmackDown, Roman Reigns was able to defeat him and Shinsuke Nakamura later in the night with the help of Daniel Bryan.
Buddy Murphy - Back from the cold and on the Raw brand, Buddy Murphy ended his exile with a strong victory over Cedric Alexander on Monday.
Damian Priest - While Damian Priest has flown under the radar for most of 2019, his victory over Pete Dunne on NXT might indicate he's now on an upward trajectory.
