WWE Title Change: New Intercontinental Champion Crowned at Extreme Rules 2019 | Smark Out Moment
The WWE Intercontinental Championship has changed hands as Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Finn Balor to win the title at Extreme Rules on July 14, 2019.

My immediate reaction: Didn't see this one coming, actually. Not sure if I'm fond of it or not. I'm leaning more towards not being too into it, but we'll see how they plan on booking Nakamura going forward, as that will dictate whether this is better than his United States Championship reign.
