• The show starts with a promo that can be summed up as Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch will defend both their titles in a mixed tag team match at Extreme Rules against Baron Corbin and Lacey Evans.
• 8-Man Elimination Tag Team Match (you know, that way, they can have matches not happen during the commercials) is The Revival, Daniel Bryan and Rowan vs. The New Day and The Usos. Bryan and Rowan are eliminated. Xavier Woods and Big E are eliminated. The Usos win by last eliminating The Revival.
• MizTV with R-Truth and Carmella. Drake Maverick challenges R-Truth to a rematch for the title with the rest of the competitors banned during that match.
• R-Truth defeated Drake Maverick by pinfall to retain the 24/7 Championship. After the match, people chased R-Truth off and Maverick sulked away from Charly Caruso, who tried to interview him.
• Roman Reigns defeated Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre ends with The Undertaker randomly showing up to help out Reigns.
• Braun Strowman vs. Bobby Lashley in a tug-of-war ends with Lashley being pulled over to Strowman's side and the two of them fighting.
• Charly Caruso interviews AJ Styles, but he stops it to tell The Good Brothers to stop goofing around with No Way Jose's conga line.
• The Viking Raiders defeated Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows by pinfall
• Nikki Cross apologizes to Alexa Bliss backstage. blah blah.
• Mojo Rawley vs. Heath Slater immediately turns into an R-Truth 24/7 Championship fiasco and in the process, Slater wins the title. R-Truth then wins it back. Cedric Alexander then wins it. EC3 then wins it. R-Truth wins it back.
• Kofi Kingston promo. Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn blah blah. Kofi Kingston defeated Sami Zayn by pinfall Owens challenges Kingston to a match. Kingston wins by count-out. Samoa Joe attacked Kingston after the match.
• Undertaker and Roman Reigns will face Drew McIntyre and Shane McMahon at Extreme Rules.
• Alexa Bliss defeated Naomi by pinfall. Natalya comes out and a tag team match occurs. Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross defeated Naomi and Natalya by pinfall
• AJ Styles defeated Ricochet by pinfall
