The rules are that each spot must be filled and only one person can be in each spot, so no ties can happen, nor can anyone opt out. No matter how difficult it might be, you have to pick.
This edition will focus on the men and women who will be competing in the 2019 Money in the Bank ladder matches.
Since there are eight people in each match, we're using the eight-point ranking structure. For explanations on the categories, check previous editions.
2019 WOMEN'S MONEY IN THE BANK LADDER MATCH PARTICIPANTS
Alexa Bliss vs. Bayley vs. Carmella vs. Dana Brooke vs. Ember Moon vs. Mandy Rose vs. Naomi vs. Natalya
8) ERASED FROM HISTORY = Dana Brooke
There was no other way.
7) RELEASED = Ember Moon
This is not an admonishment. This is me saying Ember Moon has been overlooked and could do much better in AEW.
6) JOBBER = Carmella
As a babyface or a heel, Carmella's best work is as someone who can be beaten up and make it entertaining.
5) LOWER MIDCARD = Naomi
The veteran who puts people over. Sorry, Naomi! You deserve better than this!
4) MIDCARD = Mandy Rose
While she's not the best in the ring, she's got enough character to make her a featured player in the midcard, for sure.
3) UPPER MIDCARD = Bayley
Poor Bayley is always overlooked and still can't get the main event spot in this list, because she's grown stagnant multiple times and can't ever seem to regain her momentum from NXT. That being said, she's still Bayley.
2) MAIN EVENT = Alexa Bliss
She's just too damn good on the mic to not keep in a top spot.
1) HALL OF FAME = Natalya
If only one of these women could go into the Hall of Fame, as much as it pains me that Alexa Bliss, Bayley and Naomi can't also go in, I would have to put Natalya in that spot.
2019 MEN'S MONEY IN THE BANK LADDER MATCH PARTICIPANTS
Ali vs. Andrade vs. Baron Corbin vs. Braun Strowman vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Finn Balor vs. Randy Orton vs. Ricochet
8) ERASED FROM HISTORY = Ali
Sadly, Ali gets this spot because he's accomplished the least, so moving him out of the history books is the least disruptive.
7) RELEASED = Finn Balor
Whaaaat? I know. I know. But hear me out. Much like Ember Moon, this isn't me crapping on Balor. This is me saying that while I could easily justify Baron Corbin being in this spot, I think Balor is better off going to AEW and Corbin getting the jobber role, than vice versa.
6) JOBBER = Baron Corbin
He gets heat. He can be the guy people can beat up.
5) LOWER MIDCARD = Ricochet
I'm going to cheat a little bit here by saying he's in the lower midcard because he's still working his way up on the main roster. He's not a loser, he's just yet to win a midcard belt yet or anything like that, but he'll get there, for sure, cause this guy is awesome.
4) MIDCARD = Andrade
Give him the belt. The midcard belt.
3) UPPER MIDCARD = Drew McIntyre
He has the look, but he's lacking a little bit in some other areas, I think.
2) MAIN EVENT = Braun Strowman
I'm probably in the minority here, as most people would probably put Drew McIntyre in this spot, but I feel like Strowman has what it takes to be the top guy and I still feel like there's something missing with McIntyre that I can't put my finger on.
1) HALL OF FAME = Randy Orton
I can't justify anybody beating Orton for this spot. I just can't, and I won't accept any other answers, either. This is just the right decision.
