WWE Worlds Collide 2019 Results

Candice LeRae vs. Kay Lee Ray

RESULT: Candice LeRae wins by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Not bad, not something to remember next week.

Piper Niven vs. Zelina Vega

RESULT: Piper Niven wins by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Vega doesn't get much of a chance to wrestle, but she really knows how to carry herself as a genuine superstar.

Sonya Deville vs. Io Shirai

RESULT: Sonya Deville wins by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: This made me appreciate Deville a little more. I really want her to turn babyface. Curious why they did this match and had Shirai lose, instead of just booking someone else in this position, like Mia Yim, who was on commentary.

NXT UK Women's Championship Triple Threat Match: Toni Storm (c) vs. Bianca Belair vs. Nikki Cross

RESULT: Toni Storm wins by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: No real complaints, but again, nothing that I'd really go nuts over in any capacity. I'm a fan of all three. I think they could have done better, but this was a thumbs up, still.

RESULTS OF REMAINING MATCHES THAT DIDN'T AIR:

  • Dana Brooke defeated Jessie Elaban
  • Marina Shafir defeated Taynara Conti
  • Piper Niven defeated Zelina Vega
  • Aliyah and Vanessa Borne defeated Xia Li and Kavita Devi
  • Kairi Sane defeated Jessamyn Duke
  • Kacy Catanzaro defeated Reina Gonzalez
  • Lacey Lane defeated Deonna Purrazzo
