WWE Title Change: New Intercontinental Champion Crowned on Monday Night Raw 3/11/2019 | Smark Out Moment
The WWE Intercontinental Championship has changed hands as Bobby Lashley defeated Finn Balor to win the title on the March 11, 2019 edition of Monday Night Raw.

My immediate reaction: Well I'm not too sure how I feel about this, as I was fond of the idea of Balor being champion, but I can't help but feel this is the best course of action for WrestleMania. Part of me is thinking Balor should move to SmackDown with the Superstar Shake-up and that Lashley wasn't going to do anything unless he was in the IC title match, so maybe this is all going to work out. I guess I have to see how things play out the next few weeks before making my final judgment.
