Smark Out Moment

The WWE Starrcade 2018 pay-per-view is scheduled for November 24, 2018 at the U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati, OH. Follow along here for spoilers and information on the event's card, lineup of matches and news regarding the pay-per-view.

The following are my predictions for the 2018 WWE Starrcade event. Check back for Starrcade 2018 results and review coverage here when the time comes..

WWE Starrcade 2018 Spoilers

WWE Intercontinental Championship Street Fight Match: Seth Rollins (c) vs. Dean Ambrose

I have to imagine even though they're doing this here, the game plan for TLC is to do a TLC match (or a ladder match) between the two with the title on the line. So, does Rollins lose the belt here and get his rematch at TLC, or do they go with Rollins retaining here and he drops it at TLC?

PREDICTION: Seth Rollins retains the title.

WWE United States Championship Match: Shinsuke Nakamura (c) vs. Rey Mysterio

This one is tough. Do they have a title change happen here to prove that anything can happen on house shows and to make this feel special, or do they run into the same situation as the intercontinental title above where they want to save it for another time?

Update: These two are supposed to be on a MizTV segment. Is that a bonus to it, or is it in place of having a match? Curious...

PREDICTION: Rey Mysterio wins, but he may win by DQ.

WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match: The Bar (c) vs. The New Day

Two other titles have a chance to change hands. This one isn't going to be one of them. Now that I've said that, watch them prove me wrong...but I don't think that will be the case.

PREDICTION: The Bar retains the titles.

Steel Cage Match: AJ Styles vs. Samoa Joe

Oh Weeeeeeeeeeeeeendy. This feud is still going on.

PREDICTION: AJ Styles wins.

Braun Strowman vs. Baron Corbin

This kind of defeats the purpose of having them fight at TLC if they do that here, right?

PREDICTION: Braun Strowman wins.

Finn Balor vs. Drew McIntyre

There's no way Balor wins this. Absolutely not.

PREDICTION: Drew McIntyre wins.

Rusev (with Lana) vs. The Miz

I'd imagine this is going to be a funnier match.

PREDICTION: 50/50 shot. Flip a coin. Either one can win.

Asuka vs. Charlotte Flair

Hm...I wonder why this is happening. Weird choice.

PREDICTION: Charlotte Flair wins.
