Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:
NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all
+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week
- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week
Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut
10. Lars Sullivan [NR]
NXT's mountain of a man was in typical dominant fashion in Wednesday's main event, defeating EC3 in an emphatic display on power. While the one-percenter put up a great effort, Lars Sullivan's overall strength and diving headbutt continued EC3's struggles.
9. Shelton Benjamin [NR]
It's been quite a while since Shelton Benjamin was even mentioned on SmackDown Live, let alone have a match. But this week he not only did this, but he picked up a win against Daniel Bryan of all people, with a bit of an assist from The Miz outside the ring. Still, a standout victory from the Gold Standard.
8. The Ascension [NR]
Who ever thought you'd see The Ascension on any sort of power rankings list? But there is no denying their recent record, with Konnor following up last week's win over Chad Gable with another surprising win over Bobby Roode on Raw.
7. AJ Styles [-2]
The WWE Champion was not in attendance on SmackDown Live this week, appearing by video from his home to confirm his match with Samoa Joe is still on at Super Show-Down, despite the teased home invasion last week.
6. The Miz [-2]
The Miz stuck to the commentary table this week, as he watched his nemesis Daniel Bryan take on Shelton Benjamin. However, he couldn't resist playing a role in the finish, distracting Bryan and causing him to be hit by Pay Dirt and pinned by the veteran Benjamin.
5. Randy Orton [NR]
A significant leap up the Power Rankings for Randy Orton after his vicious demolition of Tye Dillinger on SmackDown Live. The callousness displayed in wrenching on Dillinger's finger through a turnbuckle and mocking the Perfect 10 was one of the most memorable moments of Tuesday night.
4. The Shield [-1]
Another mixed week for The Shield that ended on a decidedly low note. First, despite a valiant effort, Dean Ambrose lost to Braun Strowman by DQ. Roman Reigns did defeat Dolph Ziggler, but after Drew McIntyre bested Seth Rollins, the final image was the entire Shield laid out by The Dogs of War.
3. Becky Lynch [-1]
A less than stellar week for Becky Lynch. The SmackDown Women's Champion once again closed the show with another fire promo that had the crowd eating out her hand. But, the following brawl with Charlotte saw The Queen come out on top before their rematch at Super Show-Down.
2. Ronda Rousey [+5]
Moving far up the rankings by proxy of others having poor weeks, Ronda Rousey made a triumphant return to Raw this week defeating Ruby Riott in a competitive contest. This victory over The Riott Squad's leader serves her and The Bella Twins well for their six-woman tag at Super Show-Down.
1. The Dogs of War [No Change]
Still top of the pile, The Dogs of War had decimated all members of The Shield by the close of Raw. It was not a perfect week with Dolph Ziggler falling to Roman Reigns, but victories for Braun Strowman and Drew McIntyre against Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins respectively keep them at the summit of this week's Power Rankings.
HONORABLE MENTIONS
Lacey Evans - There is no denying that the Lady of NXT is on a tremendous roll right now, and her victory over Candice LeRae this week chalked up another victim to the Women's Right.
Kevin Owens - Alongside Elias, Kevin Owens created a moment of magic with the Seattle crowd on Raw, before defeating Bobby Lashley with a roll-up.
The Fabulous Truth - The crazy combination of R-Truth and Carmella continues to pick up momentum, scoring a win over Andrade Cien Almas and Zelina Vega on SmackDown Live.
Johnny Gargano - In his quest to work his way back up to the NXT Championship picture, Johnny Gargano was victorious an excellent match with Tony Nese this week.
The Brothers of Destruction - The lasting image of Monday Night Raw was The Undertaker and Kane standing over the fallen bodies of Triple H and Shawn Michaels, setting the scene for Super Show-Down.
