This week's episode of WWE NXT was taped on September 20, 2018 at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. The following are spoilers of the results from the original tapings. WWE may choose to edit things differently, rearrange or add other supplemental content.

• William Regal talks about the Aleister Black investigation. Adam Cole comes out and requests a rematch against Ricochet for the North American Championship. Regal denies it, due to the Pete Dunne match from last week. In two weeks, though, Cole will face both Dunne and Ricochet in a Triple Threat for the North American Championship. The Undisputed ERA will face War Raiders for the NXT Tag Team Championship the week after.
• Lars Sullivan defeated Victor Orchant by disqualification after interference from EC3.
• The Mighty defeated The Street Profits
• Kairi Sane defeated Vanessa Borne. After the match, Shayna Baszler comes out. She'll get her title rematch at Evolution.
• Tommaso Ciampa defeated Otis Dozovic
