Welcome to another edition of the Smark Out Moment pay-per-view predictions contest where you'll be able to test your skills in guessing what WWE's creative team has in store for the card.

This edition is the WWE Hell in a Cell 2018 pay-per-view event scheduled for this Sunday, September 16th at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas.
