• The four SmackDown women competing in the Money in the Bank ladder match are all in the ring with Paige, cutting promos on each other about their successes. The IIconics interrupt and it's only a matter of time before Absolution comes out to make an eight-woman tag team match for later. Lo and behold, Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville come out and a brawl happens, and they just say "fuck it, play the SmackDown theme and cut to the announcers to announce other shit that's happening tonight."
• Daniel Bryan defeated Shelton Benjamin by submission
• Backstage, Paige changes the 8-woman tag to a 10-woman tag to include Asuka and Carmella. She also bumps into The Miz, who wants to be the special guest referee of the Rusev and Samoa Joe match.
• Jerry Lawler introduces AJ Styles, who quickly cuts a promo on Shinsuke Nakamura. Waste of a segment.
• Rusev defeated Samoa Joe by pinfall. After the match, The Miz hits Rusev with a Skull Crushing Finale and grabs the briefcase hanging. He opens it up, and it's filled with pancakes. The New Day laugh at him from backstage.
• Jeff Hardy defeated Shinsuke Nakamura by disqualification when Nakamura hits him with a low blow
• Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, Naomi, Lana and Asuka defeated The IIconics, Mandy Rose, Sonya Deville and Carmella by submission (Asuka makes Carmella tap out)
