- The show kicks off with Kurt Angle in the ring, awarding Alexa Bliss the Raw Women's Championship she won last night. He announces Nia Jax is using her rematch clause at Extreme Rules. Bliss starts touting her success and Ronda Rousey comes out. She lets Bliss talk and doesn't say a word, and then attacks Bliss, and then Kurt Angle, and then the referees that come out to try to stop her. She puts Bliss through the table that was set up in the ring. Angle suspends her for 30 days for her actions, which is enough time to keep her away from Extreme Rules.
- Seth Rollins issues an Intercontinental Championship Open Challenge. Dolph Ziggler answers the call.
- Dolph Ziggler wins the Intercontinental Championship by pinfall!
- Bobby Roode defeated Curt Hawkins by pinfall
- Braun Strowman comes out. Soon after, Kevin Owens interrupts to congratulate him and butter him up. He offers a partnership where he'll help Strowman in exchange for a future title shot when he wins the Universal Championship. Strowman doesn't seem on board.
- Bayley and Sasha Banks seem to hash out their problems in the locker room with a fresh start.

- Jinder Mahal defeated Chad Gable by pinfall
- The Riott Squad (Sarah Logan and Liv Morgan) defeated Sasha Banks and Bayley by pinfall. After the match, Banks and Bayley are back at arguing again for fuck's sake...because WWE really wants to drag this feud out in the exact same way for an entire year, I guess....
- Sasha and Bayley brawl backstage. You know, the same shit you've seen multiple times already.
- Kurt Angle comes out to the ring and says WWE officials have agreed on when Brock Lesnar will defend the Universal Championship next. Roman Reigns interrupts to bitch about how he deserves a title shot. Bobby Lashley comes out and screws up a bad promo about how he deserves a shot instead. Angle says those two and some other people will be in a "multi-person match" at Extreme Rules to determine who fights Lesnar at SummerSlam. Didn't we just book this shit last night? And who thought it would be a good idea to do that with Reigns? And who thought it would be a good idea to give a microphone to Lashley? And why are The Revival coming out just to get their asses kicked by these two people who aren't fan favorites?!
- Roman Reigns and Bobby Lashley defeated The Revival by pinfall because fuck you, audience who isn't on board with the WWE booking mentality. We want you to like Lashley and Reigns and we will have them beat the NXT scrubs that you seem to cheer. This is some Kylo Ren / The Last Jedi "stop liking what we don't want you to like!" nonsense.
- Backstage, Finn Balor asks Angle for a chance in the multi-person match. Constable Corbin scoffs at the idea. Owens interrupts, then Strowman, and we've got the makings of a tag team match.
- Mojo Rawley defeated No Way Jose by pinfall
- Bayley and Sasha Banks argue again. Because it isn't like we haven't seen that enough.
- Elias sings.
- Backstage, Rollins says he wants his rematch next week.
