• The Miz kicks off the show with a promo about being back on SmackDown Live. He calls for Daniel Bryan to come out, but Big Cass does instead. He runs down why he has a problem with Daniel Bryan, which mainly consists of him disliking that he's in his shadow because he looks at him as an average guy whereas Cass has the tools to be a star.
• The IIconics defeated Becky Lynch and Asuka by pinfall
• Jimmy Uso defeated Rowan by pinfall after a distraction from Naomi
• Carmella cuts a promo about wanting more respect and shows her video package from last week one and a half times, before Charlotte Flair interrupts for their contract signing, which is just a head slam on the desk and Charlotte walking out confident.
• Shelton Benjamin defeated Randy Orton by pinfall after some interference by Sunil Singh
• The New Day have a book coming out. The Bar come over to them to just say they'll go back to Raw when they win the tag titles at the Greatest Royal Rumble. This was nothing but pure promotion.
• Daniel Bryan will fight Big Cass at Backlash.
• Shinsuke Nakamura and Rusev Day defeated AJ Styles, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson by pinfall
