WWE Power Rankings Top 25 Superstars This Week: #190: Results of the Superstar Shakeup | Smark Out Moment
Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for one's self, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?

Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:

NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all
+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week
- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week
Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut

Power Ranking WWE wrestlers list roster

25. EMBER MOON [NR]

In her first singles match on Raw, Moon battled Mickie James and came away with the win.

24. SHELTON BENJAMIN [NR]

With Gable now shipped to Raw, Shelton's ego has room to shine. He wants the best of the best to face him so he can prove he is still a threat in WWE. A debuting Jeff Hardy answered and did help Shelton shine, but he lost the match overall. Expect Shelton to get a decent run in the midcard.

23. THE BAR [NR]

WWE has taken a strange path with The Bar. There was a tournament on Raw to find a team to face The Bar for the vacant titles. When they reach the finals, The Bar loses to Breezango and gets shipped off to SmackDown. Will the former Raw Tag Team Champions get a title shot on the blue brand or have to start from the bottom?

22. BRAUN STROWMAN [-4]

The mighty keeps on falling. Ever since his controversial title match at WrestleMania and then having to vacant the titles, Braun has been in the background. Yes, he was in a 10-man tag match, but he went from the spotlight to a side piece in other stories.

21. WAR RAIDERS [NR FIRST TIME RANKED]

The War Raiders may have battled an unknown team, but they are more dominant than they looked. It got to a point during a match that someone in the crowd shouted for the match to be stopped. The Raiders will be a lock to win the titles from ERA very soon.

20. CHARLOTTE FLAIR [+3]

Charlotte is over the shock of her title being ripped away from Carmella and is on the hunt. She has the IIconics lurking in the background of Carmella. The odds are not in her favor, but that hasn't stopped Flair before.

19. DREW MCINTYRE [NR FIRST TIME RANKED]

McIntyre shocked the WWE Universe when he debuted with Dolph Ziggler on Raw. Fresh off of an injury, Drew is looking to start fresh and continue his dominance.

18. DOLPH ZIGGLER [NR]

Ziggler has been off television from some time and popped up with Drew McIntyre on Raw. The Showoff gets another fresh start as a heel and has some tough muscles to back him up with.

17. AUTHORS OF PAIN [NR]

The Authors of Pain made Slater and Rhyno a jobber team again. With The Bar on SmackDown, the new arrivals could be a contender real soon.

16. MATT HARDY + BRAY WYATT [NR FIRST TIME RANKED]

Matt Hardy and his newest follower won the tournament for the Raw tag team titles. However, their opponents for the belts are now on the blue brand and the weird duo will likely be the new champs.

15. KEVIN OWENS + SAMI ZAYN [+6]

Due to interference from Stephanie McMahon, Owens and Zayn were gifted jobs on Raw. However, no one said it was going to be easy for them to keep them.

14. JOHNNY GARGANO [+3]

From the aftermath of TakeOver: New Orleans, Gargano was welcomed with open arms back to NXT full-time.

13. BLUDGEON BROTHERS [+0]

The new tag team champions tossed around the former champions, The Usos. They injured Jimmy Uso and it took Naomi's pleading to have them back off him.

12. THE IICONICS [+8]

Peyton and Billie's success from NXT is continuing on SmackDown. The pair is in the limelight and have already gone toe-to-toe with Charlotte Flair.

11. DANIEL BRYAN [-7]

Daniel Bryan wanted The Miz shipped to SmackDown to deal with unfinished business. It may be a regret real soon, as Big Cass returned this week and attacked Daniel Bryan and mocked him.

10. BIG CASS [NR FIRST TIME RANKED]

One of the more surprising returns this week is Big Cass. He is over the Enzo Amore debacle and now has his sights on another small rival: Daniel Bryan.

9. THE MIZ [NR]

Things started to look good for The Miz, as he had Owens and Zayn added to his entourage. However, due to Daniel Bryan's vendetta, Miz got sent to SmackDown and with no reinforcements.

8. SHINSUKE NAKAMURA [+4]

Nakamura refused to come out to face Nakamura when Styles ordered him to. He instead came out when he wanted and once more delivered a low blow to Styles and walked out.

7. CARMELLA [-2]

The new SmackDown Women's Champion celebrated her victory, but was interrupted by Flair. Luckily, Carmella has some self-appointed sidekicks in the IIconics.

6. ROMAN REIGNS [+2]

Reigns seems past the championship feud with Lesnar and is returning to his rivalry with Samoa Joe.

5. RONDA ROUSEY [+2]

Rousey could have a potential perfect match-up on her plate. Sonya Deville and Rousey, both former MMA competitors, could face each other.

4. AJ STYLES [-2]

Nakamura is still a menace to AJ Styles, delivering another blow to the champion.

3. ASUKA [NR]

It is official, as Asuka is a full-time member of the blue brand. With Lynch, Flair, and Asuka in the same ring, anything is possible.

2. JEFF HARDY [NR FIRST TIME RANKED]

Jeff Hardy as a singles competitor, has taken the WWE by storm. He returned to Raw and battled the debuting Jinder Mahal and stole his US title. As champion, he went to SmackDown and battled Shelton Benjamin.

1. SAMOA JOE [NR]

Samoa Joe is back and is causing havoc on both brands. He is reentering his feud with Reigns and is also on a warpath on SmackDown.

HONORABLE MENTIONS

Miztourage - Miz got shipped to SmackDown and on their last night together, the Miztourage abandoned him.

Ricochet - In his first singles match on NXT, Ricochet battled Fabian Aichner and stole the show.

Breezango - The Fashion Files came to Raw and upset The Bar.

Sonya Deville - With Absolution broken apart, Deville came face to face with Ronda Rousey which could set up a fantastic match between MMA fighters.

Bayley - Her heel move is bringing out some of the best of Bayley. She is a more competitive in the ring.

BIGGEST MOVES THIS WEEK

IIconics +8
Daniel Bryan -7
