WWE Power Rankings Top 25 Superstars This Week: #188: Pre-WrestleMania 34 | Smark Out Moment
Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for one's self, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?

Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:

NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all
+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week
- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week
Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut

Power Ranking WWE wrestlers list roster

25. SASHA BANKS [NR]

Banks is starting to lose her cool with Bayley. She came to Bayley's rescue when Absolution ambushed her after her match, but is getting frustrated that Bayley refuses to acknowledge her help.

24. ALEXA BLISS [-8]

Bliss is becoming quite the villain and the WWE Universe seems to be favoring Jax in their feud. It won't be a surprise if there is a new champion walking out of NOLA.

23. ELIAS [-16]

His wardrobe choices are intriguing, but Elias seems lost in the mix at the moment with WrestleMania right around the corner. He is locked in a mini-feud with Slater and Rhyno. We will likely only see him in the Andre the Giant Royale on Sunday.

22. BUDDY MURPHY [NR]

Buddy Murphy is showing that his loss in the tournament was no fluke, as he is dominating the rest of the 205 division. This could possibly be the next contender in line.

21. STEPHANIE McMAHON [NR FIRST TIME RANKED]

Stephanie McMahon is making her match with Ronda Rousey more than a one-sided affair. After a stare-down between the two women, McMahon got physical and threw the rookie through a table.

20. FINN BALOR [-5]

After weeks of being the heavy favorite, Balor was knocked off the pedestal and got punished by Seth Rollins. Regardless of the loss on Raw, Balor still seems to be one who people predict will dethrone The Miz.

19. SHANE McMAHON [NR]

Shane McMahon announced he is cleared for his WrestleMania match and will be able to get his hands on the disease that is Owens and Zayn. It will be interesting to watch how Bryan and McMahon work at a tag team for the first time.

18. JOHN CENA [-5]

Not having John Cena on a WrestleMania card will be weird, but after The Undertaker has yet again refused to answer back to Cena, he seems to have no choice right now but to sit and wait and hope he gets to wrestle Sunday.

17. AUTHORS OF PAIN [-5]

The former NXT tag champs seemed to be on the verge of another title shot when the current champs attacked them and ended the match on a DQ. Luckily, they still get their title shot in a Triple Threat tag match on at TakeOver.

16. RONDA ROUSEY [-7]

Since she debuted on Raw, Rousey has been powerful and dominate. This week on Raw, however, she suffered her first fall through a table. We will get our first taste of her actual in-ring potential this Sunday.

15. CARMELLA [NR]

She tried to cash-in her MITB contract again on SmackDown, but was stopped hard by Flair, who punted the case right out of the ring. Carmella has now held the MITB briefcase for the longest-ever, but could finally cash it in at WrestleMania. The question is will she be successful?

14. RODERICK STRONG + PETE DUNNE [+5]

The unlikely pair have received a tag team championship match at TakeOver and will be the fan favorite. However, they also have to battle the Authors of Pain in addition to the tag team champs Undisputed ERA.

13. BAYLEY [NR]

She pinned Sonya Deville, but suffered a beating from Absolution. Luckily, Banks came out to rescue her. Bayley is starting to test Sasha's patience though, after she refuses to even give her a "thank you".

12. NIA JAX [-6]

Jax's emotional warpath is actually helping her cause to win the title. Bliss is crossing boundaries with the constant verbal attacks, but Jax seems able enough to beat Miss Bliss and capture her title.

11. RUSEV [-1]

Rusev received a spot in the US title match at WrestleMania, but he feels more like a backseat player to the Roode-Orton angle. Still, there is a chance Rusev comes through and wins.

10. SETH ROLLINS [+8]

Rollins have able to turn the tables on Balor and not a moment too soon. Heading into WrestleMania, Rollins has the hot hand in what is sure to be one of the better matches of the night.

9. ASUKA [-4]

It is still confusing to see Asuka on Raw and SmackDown every week. If she wins on Sunday, she won't be able to do so anymore. There was a big stink made about Flair competing right before WM, but so did Asuka...and in a match that does nothing for her.

8. SHINSUKE NAKAMURA [-5]

Nakamura has had to put his ego aside again to team with AJ Styles, but Styles is getting too cocky and even belittled his WM opponent to close SmackDown. At least both competitors left their match unharmed and will be at 100% for WrestleMania.

7. CHARLOTTE FLAIR [NR]

Flair was ridiculed for competing in a hard-hitting match with Natalya right before going up against Asuka. She was able to beat Natalya and also stop Carmella's cash-in in big fashion. She seems capable of still holding her own against Asuka.

6. BRAUN STROWMAN [-2]

Strowman teased his tag partner on Raw, but instead went with a comedic angle and came out dressed in glasses and a white button-up shirt as "Brain" Strowman. Still, Braun himself seems capable to winning the tag match. It was a nice touch to wait for the reveal until WrestleMania.

5. SAMI ZAYN + KEVIN OWENS [NR]

Sami and Kevin stormed SmackDown to confront their WM opponents. However, their mics were cut off shortly into the promo, when they should have been left to speak freely and help the storyline along.

4. DANIEL BRYAN [-2]

Bryan has been cleared for several weeks now, but every time he steps out onto the stage, it feels like it was first announced. The WWE Universe is strongly behind Bryan again and he is sure to win on Sunday with a freshly-healed Shane McMahon.

3. AJ STYLES [+5]

A heel turn seems inevitable for AJ Styles after WrestleMania, as he has been teasing it for weeks. He nearly landed a cheap shot on Nakamura, but instead patted his head as if Shinsuke was a dog.

2. ROMAN REIGNS [+10]

Reigns was able to drop Lesnar to his knees, which speaks greatly for his capability to hold his own against Lesnar. However, he suffered another F5 and ended Raw on the floor again.

1. BROCK LESNAR [+0]

Lesnar showed a little vulnerability against Reigns, which evens the odds a little more for Sunday. Brock is still Goliath to Roman's David.

HONORABLE MENTIONS

The Bar - The Raw tag champs are still trying to find a way to take down Braun alone. In two days, they will have to do so with Braun and a partner.

Kairi Sane - Sane beat the rookie Vanessa Borne in a great match. Sane is starting to rack up wins to become the next contender for the title.

Ricochet - The former indie sensation debuted on NXT right before his first match for the inaugural North America title.

Dana Brooke - The time away from the ring seems to have helped Brooke. She wrestled for the first time in awhile alongside Asuka in a tag match and performed her best match to date.

Randy Orton - Orton wasn't in action this week, but made his presence known. He gave an RKO to Rusev after he beat Mahal.

BIGGEST MOVES THIS WEEK

Roman Reigns +10
Elias -16
