• Start of the show, which means promo time. AJ Styles, Baron Corbin, Kevin Owens, blah blah. Shane McMahon books matches between Corbin/Styles and Owens/Ziggler.
• Kevin Owens defeated Dolph Ziggler by pinfall
• Jinder Mahal reveals Bobby Roode's supposed Top 10 List, with Roode at #1 and Randy Orton not even on the list. Roode calls him out on his attempts to manipulate the United States Championship situation and says to forget about Orton, who starts a fight with the two of them. Mahal stands tall in the end.
• Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan argue about whether Mahal or Orton should fight Roode at Fastlane. Shane supports Orton, Bryan supports Mahal. Shane makes Orton the official call.
• Six-Woman Tag Team Match: The Riott Squad defeated Charlotte Flair, Naomi and Becky Lynch by pinfall (Riott pins Lynch)
• Backstage in the locker room, Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens hash it out. Zayn will be his guardian angel and he'll even lay down for him in their title match to let Owens win the championship.
• The New Day defeated Shelton Benjamin and Chad Gable by pinfall and will challenge The Usos for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship at Fastlane.
• The Bludgeon Brothers defeated two jobbers by pinfall in a squash match
• AJ Styles defeated Baron Corbin by pinfall. After the match, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn attacked Styles and ended up taking an End of Days from Corbin for their efforts.
