WWE Title Change: Charlotte Flair Wins SmackDown Women's Championship on SmackDown 11/14/2017 | Smark Out Moment
The WWE SmackDown Women's Championship has changed hands as Charlotte Flair defeated Natalya to win the title on the November 14, 2017 edition of SmackDown.

My immediate reaction: This felt like a guarantee at some point, and with this episode taking place in Charlotte, North Carolina as well as the go-home show before Survivor Series—a card that has changed more times than I can possibly keep track of at this point—I had this post written up days in advance.
