- Shane McMahon is pumping up the SmackDown roster backstage. If you haven't gotten tired of hearing the line "the one night where Raw and SmackDown compete in head to head competition", skip the first 30 seconds. Everyone talks about how SmackDown will win. This feels more like something that should have been on the pre-show of the event itself, but okay. Kind of cool to see people all uniting instead of trying to make someone stand out as not a team player.
- Daniel Bryan, in the ring, speaks about how proud he is of SmackDown and how they'll prove that their heart and determination will give them the edge over Raw, who will be the B-show after Survivor Series. He introduces AJ Styles to talk about the upcoming match with Brock Lesnar. Bryan offers his services as the personal advocate to Styles to balance out Paul Heyman being in Lesnar's corner. Bryan says Lesnar has a tendency to quit, both WWE and "to a half-assed kneebar on a UFC show" and Styles will push Lesnar into deep waters and he'll quit. Rah rah rah! Three cheers for SmackDown! It's 8:20, for reference, which means 1/4 of this episode has been spent saying "Raw will lose" over and over, for the most part haha. Still one hell of a promo from Bryan, though.
- Jinder Mahal bumps into Styles backstage and says he'll win the WWE Championship back.
- Baron Corbin defeats Sin Cara by pinfall to retain the United States Championship
- Backstage, Daniel Bryan talks to Shane McMahon about how once Survivor Series is over, they're going to have a discussion about cohesion and making decisions together.
- Charlotte Flair defeats Natalya by submission to win the SmackDown Women's Championship! After the match, Charlotte talks to Renee Young about facing Alexa Bliss and how emotional it is to win the title in her hometown and such. Ric Flair comes out to hug her.
- The Bludgeon Brothers will appear next week on SmackDown.
- Jimmy Uso defeats Chad Gable by pinfall
- Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn are frustrated with the whole Survivor Series situation.
- The New Day cut a promo about how The Shield have proven in the past that they don't have each other's backs, unlike The New Day, who trust each other 100%. That is why they'll win on Sunday.
- Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn vs. The New Day ends in a no-contest as The Shield interrupt. Zayn and Owens back away, as they have no loyalty to SmackDown. The Usos come to the rescue, but The Bar come out to brawl as well. Raw's women are backstage, attacking the women of SmackDown. More reinforcements from Raw flood the ring, so SmackDown's roster pours out into the chaos, too. Braun Strowman gets his own entrance (LOL so good!) and starts destroying people. Raw stands tall.
