The most recent round of tapings for future WWE NXT television episodes were recorded on August 24, 2017 at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. The following is a breakdown of the results for what transpired during the tapings and are spoilers for future episodes of NXT.

• SAnitY and other roster members are attacked by Adam Cole, Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly
• Drew McIntyre cuts a promo on the Cole/Fish/O'Reilly trio. Roderick Strong comes out to ask for a title shot.
• Peyton Royce defeated Ruby Riot.
• Heavy Machinery defeated two jobbers
• Roderick Strong defeated Bobby Roode. Drew McIntyre poses with the belt after the match. Adam Cole, Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish attack Strong.
• Andrade "Cien" Almas defeated Cezar Bononi.
• Aleister Black cuts a promo about wanting the NXT Championship. The Velveteen Dream interrupts to give him a self-help motivational speech, essentially.
• Johnny Gargano defeated Riddick Moss.
• Lars Sullivan defeated 3 jobbers in a handicap match. No Way Jose interrupts after the match to brawl with him. Sullivan comes out on top.
• Sonya Deville defeated Zeda
• Kassius Ohno defeated Hideo Itami in a No Disqualification match.
• Ruby Riot and Nikki Cross defeated Peyton Royce and Billie Kay
• The Street Profits defeated The Ealy Brothers
• Pete Dunne defeated Wolfgang. After the match, Wolfgang gets beaten down by Adam Cole, Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish.
• Johnny Gargano defeated Tino Sabbatelli
• Bianca BelAir defeated Macey Evans
• Lars Sullivan defeated No Way Jose
• Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish defeated Tyler Bate and Trent Seven. Drew McIntyre runs in to make the save after the match, followed by SAnitY.
• Asuka is announced to relinquish the NXT Women's Championship and to move up to the main roster soon.
