WWE Title Change: Alexa Bliss Wins Raw Women's Championship at Payback 2017

The WWE Raw Women's Championship has changed hands as Alexa Bliss defeated Bayley to win the title at Payback 2017.

My immediate reaction: I totally didn't see this coming whatsoever, and since I love Alexa Bliss, I'm SO on board with her title win.
