Braun Strowman & Roman Reigns go one on on at the home of SummerSlam, the Barclays Center. Chris Jericho will have a very special edition of The Highlight Reel as his guest is the "real Kevin Owens". The two big questions are: Will we see Finn Balor? And, what will be said about the Xavier Woods/Paige/Brad Maddox scandal. Things could get awkward.. Oh and Mick fired Stephanie last week.
PROMO (In-Ring): Mick Foley is starting off the show after firing Stephanie McMahon, and then attacking HHH. He starts reading of a piece of paper. Personally thanking the two aforementioned individuals for giving him an opportunity to be Raw GM. Clearly, this was written by HHH & Stephanie. He reads that the Raw Commissioner and GM should not be the storyline going into Mania, and then begins to read what is clearly his line of resignation. Effective immediately he is taking a leave of absence. He then rips them up saying that HHH handed him those 10 minutes before the show started. He says that he is Mick freaking Foley, and begins a new rant. Then, of course, his mic cuts off and out comes Stephanie. Stephanie says that she has given him golden opportunity after golden opportunity, but he screws up everything. Everything is about him being liked and not the program. The crowd is way into this on Foley's side. Since he can't quit peacefully, so she says she has two words for him.. And fires him. She then forces him out of the ring, as Sami Zayn's music hits. He stands up for Mick, saying that this is wrong. Stephanie has been wrong about a lot of her choices, but no one has the guts to tell her to her face. Mick tries to tell Sami to walk away, and begins to leave asking him to join him. Sami steps in the ring and says Foley has more shown more class and integrity in nine months than she has in her entire life, and she should be ashamed. Stephanie then acts like she heard nothing, and that Sami isn't on the level to even speak to her at all much less question her integrity or decisions. She again tells him to leave. I just want to see a Helluva Kick here. Sami continues the verbal beatdown until Samoa Joe makes his way to the ring. She tells Foley to leave, and that Sami will take on Samoa Joe right now.

MATCH: Sami Zayn vs. Samoa Joe
RESULTS: Samoa Joe wins via submission.
THOUGHTS: Great match. But what else did you expect between these two? They are building Joe up to be the most dangerous guy in the business right now. Universal Title run coming soon.

PROMO (Backstage): Mick is going through the back saying his final goodbyes. He talks to Sami, Cesaro & Sheamus, and Bayley who all thank him for everything he has done in his run as GM. And the he finds HHH. Hunter smiles, and then just says "Have a nice day!" and walks off as Mick leaves the building.
PROMO: Seth Rollins injury update. Kevin Wilk, the doctor, says that Seth has re-aggravated his knee injury. The only thing that stopped him from a severe injury was his knee brace. He may or may not be ready for WrestleMania. HHH will respond later tonight.

MATCH: Charlotte vs. Dana Brooke
RESULTS: Charlotte wins via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Yawn. The only interesting thing about this was that Dana Brooke was wearing the ugliest ring gear of all time.

PROMO (Backstage): Stephanie and Bayley are backstage, and Bayley isn't happy. She refuses a hug from Steph, and says that she used to look up to Stephanie but now she sees who she really is. Stephanie says it takes a strong woman to be in her spot. Just like it takes a strong woman to be Raw Women's Champion, and Bayley doesn't have what it takes. So she will have to prove it every night. She will take on Nia Jax in a no DQ match where if Nia wins, the match at WrestleMania becomes a fatal four way.
HIGHLIGHT REEL WITH CHRIS JERICHO: Will the real Kevin Owens please stand up? Because he is the guest on this weeks Highlight Reel. Jericho says that he doesn't need KO as a friend, because he has the Friends of Jericho. Cheer him on maaaan! He shows a picture of the real Kevin Owens. 16 years old with a Y2J shirt on and a Y2J poster behind him on the wall. Fast forward to 2014 where KO is in now in the business, and he DM's Y2J on twitter asking for advice. He shows the real messages, and KO says that if he needs anything he would be happy to help. Jericho goes through things he'd like back. The night at the hospital, the fake friendship, but most of all he wants to see the real face of KO. Which we saw at Fastlane when KO got beat by Goldberg. He then says he will beat him at WrestleMania. Then Samoa Joe starts down the ramp, and KO attacks him from behind. Joe goes to the back as KO starts the beatdown. No words, just powerbombs from Kevin Owens. He picks up The List of Jericho and rips it in half. Even chewing on part of it and spitting it at a beaten Jericho.

MATCH: TJ Perkins vs. Brian Kendrick
RESULTS: Brian Kendrick wins via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: This was too short.
PROMO (In-Ring): Kendrick calls out Akira Tozawa. He then says that he isn't in the country right now because he stole his passport.

PROMO (In-Ring): Charly asks Roman if The Undertaker is distracting him from his match with Braun tonight. He says that the only time he thinks of Taker is when he pictures him lying flat on his back at WrestleMania.
VIDEO PACKAGE: They play a video about Goldberg and Lesnars rivalry. Ya know, since your champ nor challenger is there. Two weeks before Mania.

PROMO (Backstage): Stephanie is now talking to Cesaro & Sheamus. They will have to re-earn their spot in the triple threat tag team match at WrestleMania. They will take on Enzo & Big Cass along with Anderson & Gallows in a four on two match.
MATCH: Nia Jax vs. Bayley
If Nia wins, she is added to the WrestleMania match. Making it a fatal four way. This is a no DQ match.
RESULTS: Nia Jax wins via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Yay, Nia is in the match. Yay.. Yay..

PROMO (In-Ring): HHH is out to discuss Seth Rollins. He says that he really wanted to have that match with Seth, but sadly he won't be able to make it. That is Seth's fault. Listening to the fans, the chants and cheers, and the roar of the crowd. He blames the crowd for what happened to both Seth and Foley. He says that they gave Seth the idea to come to the ring last week, and HHH cut him down. They play that footage again on the screen, and all he says is "thats on you". Pointing at the screen. Michael Cole asks if HHH would've done anything differently over the span of his relationship with Seth, and Hunter says that he wouldn't have made it so easy for Seth to make his way to the top of the business. Hunter says he is done with Seth, and starts to leave. Then he comes back, and says there is always a way to make the fight happen at WrestleMania. Cole says its impossible as he won't be medically cleared. The only way that can happen is if Seth signs an agreement for a non-sactioned match it will happen. That way he can't sue the company. He tells Seth to show up next week, and if he signs it will be The Architect vs. Seth Rollins one on one at WrestleMania in a non-sanctioned match.

MATCH: Cesaro & Sheamus vs. Big Cass, Enzo Amore, Anderson Gallows & Karl Anderson
If Cesaro & Sheamus lose they will be removed from the tag team championship match at WrestleMania.
Enzo & Cass refuse to help, making it an easy win for Sheamus & Cesaro.
RESULTS: Cesaro & Sheamus win via pinfall.

PROMO (Backstage): Big E and Kofi are staring down Xavier, and ask if he has anything that he wants to tell them.. He then begins talking about WrestleMania as they are the hosts.

MATCH: Austin Aries vs. Tony Nese
RESULTS: Austin Aries wins via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Great match! Aries and Nese have good chemistry, and it showed here.
After the match, Neville comes out. Aries asks why he is here, and Neville says he could come to the ring and obliterate him but he is no threat to the king.
VIDEO PACKAGE: Another Emma segment. Is she even gonna show up??

MATCH: Roman Reigns vs. Braun Stroman
During the match, the gongs sound and Taker appears in the ring. Taker chokeslams Braun Strowman and then gets speared by Roman.
RESULTS: No result.
THOUGHTS: Uhhh.. Why? I get you have to build up Taker & Roman, but why at the expense of Braun who was on a tear until like two weeks ago??
