WWE Power Rankings Top 25 Superstars This Week: 1/7/2017

Welcome to another edition of Power Rankings from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for one's self, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?

Power Ranking WWE wrestlers list roster

25. T J perkins

T J Perkins beat Brian Kendrick on Raw, The fact I don't watch 205 Live probably doesn'y help, but there are very few cruiserweights I'm interested in.

24. Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins beat Kevin Owens via DQ on Raw. Everything with Rollins just feels like filler until his feud with Triple H.

23. Natalya

Natalya cut a promo with Nikki Bella on SmackDown.

22. Nikki Bella

See above. This isn't a very interesting feud, but at least SmackDown is using most of their women to some effect.

21. Becky Lynch

Becky Lynch beat La Luchadora on SmackDown. Or Alexa Bliss... or both, I'm not sure where they're going with this, but Becky needs to move on to a feud with either Carmella or Natalya for a bit now.

20. Nia Jax

Nia Jax lost against Bayley on Raw. Is this her first singles match loss? It was a good way for her to lose with a distraction from Sasha Banks, but it didn't do anything for her either.

19. Jinder Mahal and Rusev

Weird paring but lets ignore that for now. Jinder Mahal and Rusev beat Big Cass on Raw. This just screams Fastlane kickoff match.

18. The New Day

The New Day cut a promo before Xavier Woods beat Titus O'Neil on Raw. It's difficult to look strong after you've just become the longest reigning W... W... E... World... Tag... Team... Champions. Huh, doesn't look as good written down. Anyway, a feud with Titus O'Neil is not that way to do it.

17. Sami Zayn

Sami Zayn lost a Last Man Standing match against Braun Strowman. Of course he did, now end the feud there.

16. Cesaro and Sheamus

Cesaro and Sheamus lost against Anderson and Gallows on Raw. I'm not sure how I want their reign to end or how long I want them to remain a team.

15. American Alpha

American Alpha beat Breezango on SmackDown. It's a start I guess.

14. The Miz

The Miz cut a promo before losing against Dean Ambrose on SmackDown. Where does he go from here? Daniel Bryan? No! We can't let ourselves think there's any chance of that! Can we?

13. Goldberg

On Raw, Goldberg appeared on the first episode of the Kevin Owens Show, except it wasn't the first episode, because Raw is the Kevin Owens Show, that's the point Mick Foley, you old... never mind, he spoke about how he was going to win the Royal Rumble.

12. Enzo and Cass

Big Cass lost against Jinder Mahal and Rusev on Raw. Cass versus Rusev could be such a good match.

11. Braun Strowman

On Raw, Braun Strowman beat Sami Zayn in a last man standing match before appearing on the Kevin Owens Show to announce he is entering the Royal Rumble.

10. Bayley

Bayley beat Nia Jax on Raw. I really hope she beats Charlotte at Royal Rumble. I really, really do.

9. Roman Reigns

Roman Reigns beat Chris Jericho before appearing on the Kevin Owens Show on Raw. Is that two weeks in a row he defended the US Championship? That must be some kind of record! Now lose against Owens at Royal Rumble and drop your belt to Strowman at WrestleMania.

8. Carmella

Carmella beat Aaliyah on SmackDown. I think I care why she's with James Ellsworth. Maybe...

7. Anderson and Gallows

Anderson and Gallows beat Cesaro and Sheamus on Raw. I want Anderson and Gallows to hold the belts, but I don't want Cesaro and Sheamus to drop them yet. WrestleMania?

6. Alexa Bliss

On SmackDown, Alexa Bliss lost against Becky Lynch as La Luchadora, but there were two, but she lost even though she was only in half of the match? Erm... just have her beat Becky clean at Royal Rumble.

5. John Cena

John Cena and AJ Styles had their contract signing on SmackDown.

4. AJ Styles

See above. I'm a sucker for these segments and these two are great at them.

3. Baron Corbin

Baron Corbin beat Dolph Ziggler before interfering in the contract signing on SmackDown. Has Corbin only feuded Ziggler and Kalisto since coming to the main roster? I would love to see him challenge for the Intercontinental Championship.

2. JeriKO

JeriKO cut a promo, hosted the first edition of the Kevin Owens Show and Jericho lost against Roman Reigns and Owens lost against Seth Rollins via DQ. Four Kevin and Chris segments meant I really enjoyed Raw this week, so no complaints here.

1. Dean Ambrose

Dean Ambrose is your new Intercontinental Champion!

Do you think anyone should be listed differently?
