OTW Winterfest 2017 Event Results

Old Time Wrestling is an independent professional wrestling organization located in Williamstown, New Jersey, focusing on classic pro wrestling styles and a family environment. This past Saturday (January 28) was the annual WINTERFEST event.

Here are the results of the event:

  • Best of Five Series: Eddie Hawkins defeated Andd Bivians in match #4, winning the series 3-1. He is now the number one contender to the OTW Heavyweight Championship. After the match, Bivians and Craig Francis attacked Hawkins
  • Miss Jasmine defeated Jessie Brooks after a miscue by Damaris who was acting as special guest announcer. After her loss, Jessie laid out Damaris
  • Calvin Christopher hosted an edition of Captain's Corner with his guest Dave Davis. Both announced their participation in Battle Bowl and after insulting Knuckles, Commissioner Sanders made an impromptu match. Knuckles defeated Christopher.
  • OTW Tag Team Championship Match: The Super Friends (c) defeated Nikos Rikos and Delroy Alexander
  • OTW Classic Championship Match: Ike Phillips defeated Mik Drake (c) to become the new champion
  • Matt Sells got an upset victory over Elia Baratz
  • Brother Death claimed to be in control of Valiente, prompting a brawl between The Mercenaries and Wild n Crazy with Dre Drummond and Valiente standing tall
  • OTW Heavyweight Championship No Disqualification Match: Justin Pusser (c) retained by defeating Chris Bohren

OTW's regular 2pm shows take place every Saturday and their next special event BATTLE BOWL IX will be held on February 4th at 7pm. Stay tuned to www.oldtimewrestling.net for news on the upcoming shows and more.
