We see the fallout from TLC, and start our trip to the Royal Rumble. For TLC results, head here. We also have a WWE World Heavyweight Championship match tonight as James Ellsworth takes on AJ Styles.
PROMO (In-Ring): The Phenomenal AJ Styles comes out wearing a boot on his left foot. He first addressing the fact that he ripped a hole in his tights at TLC showing his ass, and they show a photo on the titantron. He says he did everything he could to win last nigth, and if he has to wear a boot for a week then so be it. He says he isn't medically cleared to wrestle James Ellsworth tonight, and out comes James. James thinks that the boot AJ is sporting is a clever way to get out of their match tonight, and maybe Daniel Bryan is protecting him since James has beat him three times already. If AJ wasn't ducking him then he would be champion tonight, and if it wasn't for him on Sunday then he wouldn't be the champ anyway. AJ says that every that James has done was because of Dean Ambrose, but he has burned that bridge. Dean doesn't know when to quit, and he knows what he is capable of. Now thats James nightmare. That brings out the Lunatic Fringe. James goes for a handshake, but Dean hits him with the Dirty Deeds and heads back to the back.

SMACKDOWN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: The Wyatt Family vs. Slater & Rhyno
RESULTS: The Wyatt Family wins via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: I would really enjoy seeing these guys run through teams until they get a proper feud. I wouldn't mind seeing Heath enter a feud with Miz until the Rumble or something maybe a short program either.
PROMO (Backstage): Kalisto is asked why he has asked for a rematch against Baron Corbin, and Kalisto says he has one advantage against Baron and thats speed. Speed kills.

PROMO (In-Ring): Carmella is blessing us with speaking... Yeah she may have lost her match at TLC, but she isn't the one that attacked her at Survivor Series. She says that Natty has been bragging about what she did to Nikki since Survivor Series because Nikki has been taking Natty's spotlight ever since Total Divas. She just wished she had the looks, charisma, fame that Nikki has. Natty is just jealous.
MATCH: Natalya vs. Carmella
Before the match starts, Carmella runs to the back. Natty follows but runs into Nikki during the search. She pleads her case saying Carmella is a liar, and Nikki stomps away.
RESULTS: No match.
THOUGHTS: Well, I at least wanted to see Nikki and Natty go at it.

PROMO (Backstage): Baron Corbin is asked about what Kalisto said earlier, and if his speed is going to be a big factor. He compares Kalisto to a mosquito, saying they buzz around and move quick but once they land on him.. Splat.
MATCH: The Hype Bros vs. The Ascension
RESULTS: They Hype Bros win via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: I don't care at all about either of these teams.

MIZ TV: Miz welcomes guest Dean Ambrose to his esteemed talk show. Its day 21 of The Mizs' Intercontinental Championship reunion tour, and he brings out Dean Ambrose. He asks Dean how angry he is about everything thats happened, and Dean says he isn't angry. He's shocked. He's shocked that the guy he helped get to where he is today would do this to him, but Miz says he kind of deserves it after using James like a puppet to get in the head of AJ Styles. Dean says he is starting to angry, but its at The Miz for intentially trying to piss him off. Miz gets up and hides behind his wife, and says that Dean had his hand on the belt at TLC but walked away empty handed. But not anymore, The Miz presents Dean with the first ever "The Miz Participation Award" and its met with a "You deserve it!" chant from the crowd which was pretty funny. Miz says even though you didn't win, you tried. Dean says it would be fun to try and shove that award down his throat. Out comes Daniel Bryan. He says that he can't let Ambrose attack Miz right now, but in the main event tonight it will be Dean Ambrose vs. The Miz and it'll be for the Intercontinental Championship.

MATCH: Baron Corbin vs. Kalisto
RESULTS: Baron Corbin wins via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Can Baron move on to a legit feud that will actually help him now? Please?
PROMO (Backstage): Nikki is backstage when a little girl comes up to her, which I'm assuming is some sort of a star as she is in some movie. They talk, and Nikki says that she made her feel so much better. I'm honestly confused.

MATCH: Chad Gable (w Jason Jordan) vs. Tyler Breeze (w Fandango)
RESULTS: Chad Gable wins via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: I'm really hoping that American Alpha are the next step for the new look Wyatt Family. Either way, I hope they have some gold soon.

ALEXA BLISS CHAMPIONSHIP CELEBRATION: Alexa Bliss is ready to celebrate being the newly crowned SmackDown Women's Champion. Ding dong the witch is champ! Not long into the celebration, we are interrupted by former champ Becky Lynch. Becky agrees that she dind't get the job done on Sunday, but she can't stand the fact that Alexa is the leader of SmackDown. It takes a lot to get on top, but its even harder to stay there and she is about to find that out. Alexa doesn't care about the WWE Universe. This isn't the new era anymore, this is Alexa's era. Becky says that her era begins and ends with Becky's rematch and she wants that right now. The two tease a match, but Alexa grabs her belt and leaves.

INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: The Miz (c) (w Maryse) vs. Dean Ambrose
During the match, James Ellsworth comes out and distracts the ref during Deans pinfall. Causing Miz to get the win off the Skull Crushing Finale.
RESULTS: Miz retains via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Ellsworth didn't mean for Ambrose to lose. So wherever this feud is going, I just want it to end.
