We had a shocking ending to Raw last week with Sasha Banks taking home her third Raw Women's Championship in a great match with Charlotte, but a lot else happened as well. A rift between the best friends in KO and Y2J occurred, and Roman Reigns earned a WWE Universal Championship match at RoadBlock: End of the Line. The build continues.
PROMO (In-Ring): Seth Rollins is first out to discuss what happened last week when he attacked Chris Jericho in the garage. He starts off fast by saying he wants HHH. Life is about choices, first he created the Shield, and then dismantled them. HHH also made a choice, a choice to bet against Seth Rollins. He wants to call HHH out right now, but thats not how it works. HHH isn't like that. But one way to get to HHH is by beating KO for the Universal Championship, but he can't do that with Chris Jericho in the mix. We saw last week that KO isn't as strong without his best friend. That brings out KO. Rollins asks how his friendship with Jericho, and KO said yeah they had a fight but all best friends fight. He wouldn't know that because he stabbed his Sheild brothers in the back. Rollins said he is sure the two made up through texts and phone calls. KO says that isn't any of his issue, and he got his best friend three gifts to celebrate the holidays. Seth says that should make up for all the times Jericho handed him the Universal Title. But KO says he was never handed anything, and has worked for what he has. Then Seth challenges him for the belt to prove it, but KO says he has already beat him for the title and he already has a match tonight against Sami Zayn. One of the gifts he got Chris is a set of matches. Y2J will have a chance to become United States Champion when he faced Roman Reigns tonight, and at Roadblock he will face Seth Rollins. His third gift is a match or Seth against Big Show.

MATCH: Big Show (w Kevin Owens) vs. Seth Rollins
Kevin Owens stays at ringside.
Kevin Owens is barking orders at Big Show, Big Shows chokeslams him and leaves him in the ring for Rollins.
RESULTS: Seth Rollins win via count out.
THOUGHTS: They kept hinting at Big Show taking out Owens with him yelling orders at him.
After the match, Rollins Pedigrees Owens.
VIDEO PACKAGE: They show a video package for Jack Gallagher.

MATCH: Jack Gallagher vs. Ariya Daivari
RESULTS: Jack Gallagher wins via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: I love Jack Gallagher, and seeing him on Raw was great. I really hope he is the next in line to hold the Cruiserweight Title(maybe a little too hopeful).
After the match, Jack Gallagher offers a handshake like an Extraordinary Gentlemen would. Daivari shakes his hand, but then attacks.
PROMO (Backstage): Titus O'Neil is handing out invites to some sort of after party tonight.

PROMO (Backstage): Kevin Owens asks Mick Foley if he saw what happened to him at the hands of Big Show and says that if Stephanie was here it wouldn't have happened. He says it is happening, and he his match with Sami is still on. Then Jericho comes in, not pleased, and he asks if he heard about the gifts he got him. He informs him about the US Title match, and the match with Rollins at Roadblock. He asks if the two are good after the gifts and Jericho says no, they aren't good.
PROMO (Backstage): Enzo & Cass are talking and they see Lana & Rusev arguing. Enzo isn't pleased that he is talking to a woman like he is, and goes to say something. He says Lana is pathetic and she deserves a pathetic man like him. She then takes her wedding ring off, and throws it on the floor. Enzo asks Cass to leave, and picks up the wedding ring for her. He tells Lana he is a great listener, and asks hows she's doing.

PROMO (Backstage): We are back to Lana and Enzo, and she is still complaining and saying that Rusev takes her for granted. He needs to be taught a lesson, and she wants Enzo to come to her hotel room later so he can see someone taking her for granted.
MATCH: Sami Zayn vs. Kevin Owens
RESULTS: Kevin Owens wins via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Sami and Kevin are always old together. Probably have the best ring chemistry between any two in the company, and I would love to see this be a main event feud in a few years.
PROMO (Backstage): Roman walks into the locker room to see Jericho, and tells him to get ready for a big match tonight. Jericho says that tonight Roman's luck runs out, and Roman says just maybe he's doing KO's dirty work again.

PROMO (Backstage): Charly asks Sasha how it felt to beat Charlotte last week for the title. She says that they took their rivalry to the next level, and they made history yet again. She then asks about Ric Flair coming out to support her at the end, and she says that Charlotte doesn't deserve him or his legacy. She says she hates Charlotte, but she brings out the best in her competitiveness. Sasha says that at Roadblock the two should make history yet again, and challenges Charlotte to an ironman match!
VIDEO PACKAGE: They play video of Charlotte disrespecting her father and telling him that she doesn't need him anymore.
They announce that Charlotte has invited Ric Flair to the arena to publicly apologize.

MATCH: Rich Swann vs. TJ Perkins
RESULTS: Rich Swann wins via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: I'm not a Rich Swann fan, but he's pretty good in the ring. Mix that with TJP's skills, and you've got a good match. Too bad the crowd just seems out of it.

MATCH: Bayley vs. Alicia Fox
RESULTS: Bayley wins via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: First Survivor Series and now this?! Bayley getting wins.
PROMO (Backstage): Enzo is backstage bragging to Cass, and Cass says this is all trouble. He gets a text from Lana, and its a selfie of her clearly not wearing a shirt even though you can only see her face. Enzo runs away to her room, and Rusev comes in and asks where his wife is. He pushes Cass, and this eventually boils down to a fight between the two later tonight.

BREAKING NEWS: Emmaline to debut next week on Monday Night Raw.
THE TUSSLE IN TEXAS: Mark Henry vs. Titus O'Niel
RESULTS: Mark Henry wins via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: This match ended in three seconds, and I called it before the match started. Pointless time filler.
PROMO (Backstage): Enzo is backstage yelling at an Uber driver over the phone. Then Ric Flair pulls up in his limo. He explains the situation to Ric, and he gives his limo to Enzo.
*Commercial Break*
PROMO (Backstage): KO tries to comfort Y2J in the back saying he is still there to be in his corner, and Y2J snaps. Saying he doesn't need him in his corner, doesn't need him as a friend, and he needs to stay the hell away from him.
UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: Roman Reigns (c) vs. Chris Jericho
Owens comes in and super kicks Reigns into a Codebreaker, but Reigns kicked out. Jericho and Owens argue about whether or not he should be at ringside, and Jericho slaps him. Owens leaves, and Jericho walks into a spear.
RESULTS: Roman Reigns retains the United States Championship via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: I like this. This advances Jericho & Owens feud, and almost guarantees Roman isn't winning the Universal Title because we won't see another dual champ for a long time.

PROMO (In-Ring): Rusev doesn't come to the ring when his music hits, so Cass tries to call Enzo who is already at Lana's room. He tries to say this is a bad idea, and tries to leave but Lana pulls him into the room and offers to get them some drinks. She rips his shirt off, and Enzo keeps saying he needs to leave. She tells him to take his pants, and he does but keeps saying he needs to leave. She then says something in Russian, and says it means "You're a fool." and calls for Rusev who shows up from a different room and the beat down begins. From breaking tables, breaking lamps over his back, and eventually a glass vase over his head Rusev destroys Enzo and leaves him in the hallway.

MATCH: Anderson & Gallows vs. Cesaro & Sheamus
The winner of this match will take on New Day for the Raw Tag Team Championships next week on Raw.
New Day is at ringside.
The match spills outside, and the New Day get involved causing a DQ.
RESULTS: No contest?
THOUGHTS: No number one contender is announced, so I'm guessing a triple threat match next week.

BREAKING NEWS: There will be a triple threat tag team match for the Raw Tag Team Championships next week between New Day, Sheamus & Cesaro, and Anderson & Gallows.
PROMO (In-Ring): Charlotte has invited Ric Flair to the arena to apologize. She says that six months ago she made the biggest mistake of her life and she is ashamed of it all. She was a cold-hearted bitch to her father, and then replays the video of her torching her father with the mic saying he means nothing to her and she doesn't need him. She then says that her father and the title mean everything to her. Watching her dad come to the ring, embrace Sasha, and raise her hand was worse than losing the title. Like he was endorsing Sasha over his own daughter. She obviously failed as his daughter, and him raising Sasha's hand proved that. She says she hasn't seen Ric in six months, and asks him to come to the ring for a heartfelt apology. Out comes the 16 time champ, the Nature Boy, and you can see him mouthing the words "I love you." on the way to the ring. She apologizes, and the two hug. They go for another hug, but she slaps the hell out of him. She calls him a son of a bitch and goes crazy on him and Sasha both about how she dedicated a victory to her father and who was he to raise her hand. Out comes Sasha, but she is quickly beat down by Charlotte at ringside. Ric is, yet again, crying in the ring as Charlotte launches Sasha into the ring post. She rolls Sasha back into the ring and lays her in front of Ric saying "Thats your trophy." and leaves the ring mocking Ric for crying.
