WWE Title Change: Dolph Ziggler Wins Intercontinental Championship at No Mercy 2016 | Smark Out Moment
The WWE Intercontinental Championship has changed hands as Dolph Ziggler defeated The Miz to win the title at No Mercy 2016 on October 9, 2016.

My immediate reaction: SOOOO happy this happened. Dolph Ziggler has been one of my favorites for years, and as much as I love The Miz as Intercontinental champion, I didn't want to see him go. Why the hell wasn't this the main event of the night?!
