We have a Raw Women's Championship match tonight as Sasha wants her one on one rematch tonight, and Brian Kendrick will go one on one with Cruiserweight Champion TJ Perkins. Also, Danny Masterson along with Ashton Kutcher show up to clash with Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens. A title on the line, and the stars come out in LA along with more on Raw tonight!
PROMO (In-Ring): The United States Champion, Roman Reigns, is starting off the show. Roman starts off with his cherished bloodline, but no one in that family has ever won the U.S. Championship until him. He is quickly interrupted by the wife of former champion, Rusev. And holy mother of God does she look phenomenal. Lana says she is out to negotiate, and Reigns is not pleased. She is out to announce that Rusev is challenging for a rematch for a United States Championship. Reigns says that Rusev is again hiding behind Lana's skirt, and Lana fires back saying he has no respect. Reigns asks Lana to go to the back and deliver Rusev his balls and have him come out here and the two will talk. That brings Rusev out, and he wastes little time. The two meet on the ramp and the brawl begins. After throws into the barricades, and the steel ramps.. Rusev disposes of Reigns into the crowd. He grabs the U.S. Championship belt and takes it to the top of the stage in celebration. Reigns then comes from behind and grabs his title back. Reigns then announces that Rusev will get his rematch, but it will be inside hell in a cell.

MATCH: TJ Perkins vs. Brian Kendrick
RESULTS: Brian Kendrick wins via submission.
THOUGHTS: The cruiserweights are always great, and this was no different.

PROMO (Backstage): Michael Cole sat down with Seth Rollins to ask about recent events. He first asks about his injury, and then Kevin Owens. Seth says he feels better but still isn't medically cleared yet, and he understands why people compare him and Kevin Owens' rise to prominence. HHH help is where it needs to stop. HHH literally handed him the title, but he still had to earn his chance to cash in Money in the Bank at WrestleMania. Everybody has a Kevin Owens in their life, but he has the Kevin Owens. Cole asks if he really feels replaced, but he and everyone else knows you can't replace Seth Rollins. He talks about Clash of Champions, and he knows what it is. Stephanie coming to help with a second ref, he has seen it all before. But if he gets his rematch, the Kevin Owens Show will be canceled.

MATCH: Braun Strowman vs. Chase Silver
RESULTS: Braun Strowman wins via absolute destruction(pinfall).
THOUGHTS: Chase Silver definitely has a Hollywood name, but SQUASH MATCH.
PROMO (In-Ring): Byron Saxton asks Strowman whats next after all these squash matches. He says that he is a guft of destruction, but his talents are being wasted on no competition. He says that Foley needs to give him real competition next week, or there may not be a next week.
PROMO (Backstage): Sasha and Bayley are backstage, and Bayley can't believe that Sasha and Charlotte are the main event on Monday Night Raw. Sasha says she's freaking out inside, but she is ready to regain what she always wanted. The Women's Championship. Bayley says that she wishes it were her, but she can't be more excited for her best friend. Sasha says she is ready to make history.

PROMO (In-Ring): Kevin Owens is out to respond to Seth Rollins' comments earlier in the show. He's joined by Chris Jericho who has The List of Jericho. Expect Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson soon. KO says that if Seth were smart, he would stay on the sidelines and let his ribs heal properly. He asks what Seth has even done to deserve a rematch, but the undeniable truth is that Seth Rollins lost and only Kevin Owens is to blame. He is the one that beat him, and he is the one who is holding the Universal Championship. He asks why Y2J is with him, and Jericho responds by saying it is becuase they are the best of friends. KO says thats true, but not why he is here. Rollins is blaming the referee for his loss, and he thinks Jericho should be the special guest ref for the rematch. Jericho says he likes the idea, but he has a better one. Last week when they beat Enzo & Cass it cemented them as the best tag team on Raw, and he wants to challenge The New Day for the Raw Tag Team Championships. KO likes the idea, but he already has a lot going on. Chris says it isn't like he is challenging for his title.. The crowd erupts and the two stare down.. Kevin, sensing the awkwardness, says that they should definitely go after New Day. That brings out our tag tam champs! Kofi says that the friendship of Jeri-KO has nothing on New Days friendship, and that puts Kofi on the list! Big E says that their challenge deserves a champions huddle. Big E says that KO can get in since he is a champ, but no Jericho. Big E made the list. KO points out that Woods is laughing, which puts him on the list! KO says that if they aren't going to give them what they went, then leave and let the truly most entertaining group in WWE do their thing. Woods says that they were going to leave, but if they want a match they've got it!
PROMO (Backstage): They show Cesaro and Sheamus showing up to the arena, and they are arguing big time. It ends in Sheamus yelling that he is going to talk to Foley.

MATCH: Sami Zayn vs. Titus O'Niel
RESULTS: Sami Zayn wins via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: If Sami wins, its a good win. Because he doesn't get many of those. Truly one of the most talented guys in the business.
PROMO (Backstage): Sheamus and Cesaro are arguing, and in comes Foley. Foley says he put them together because he believes in them. Foley says that they need to take the animosity they have toward each other, and put it towards the New Day.

MATCH: Anderson & Gallows vs. The Golden Truth
RESULTS: Anderson & Gallows win via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: If they want these two to look dominant again, they need to pummel everyone on the roster. They haven't made them look worth anything since coming to WWE.
PROMO (Backstage): Jeri-KO are stopped by Kutcher and Masterson on their way to their match. Jericho threatens to put them on the list, and then Masterson takes the list and reads a few off to make fun of Jericho. KO leaves to get ready for the match, and then Masterson and Kutcher try to prove their friendship is better than Jericho and KO. Jericho tells them to stay out of his business or they'll get... IT!

PROMO (In-Ring): Enzo & Cass are in the ring with three ladies from the audience. This looks like a cancer awareness thing as it is October. They have cancer awareness shirts on, and there is a table with a blanket covering it in the ring. This is the fifth year that WWE and Susan G. Komen have teamed up to fight breast cancer. The two groups had a competition, and the winners are in the ring tonight. All three women breast cancer survivors. Enzo says all three women are champions, and he then removes the blanket from the table and its three championship belts for the three women. I love that WWE does this every year.

MATCH: The New Day vs. Jeri-KO
Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson are joining the commentary team here.
During the match, Seth Rollins comes out to distract Kevin Owens & Jericho.
Jericho had the Lion Tamer locked in, but Rollins distracts him as New Day hits Midnight Hour to get the win. Owens grabs his belt and leaves his best friend.
RESULTS: The New Day wins via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: This was a very good match, and the commentary was surprisingly good as well. Seeing Xavier Woods in the ring was a great change as well. Owens running and leaving Jericho should give us some entertaining stuff in the weeks to come.
After the macth, Rollins stares down Owens and Pedigrees Chris Jericho.
PROMO (Backstage): Dana Brooke and Raw Women's Champion, Charlotte, are with Tom Philips. Tom asks if she has any butterflies before tonights match, and she says thats ridiculous. Sasha knows that the only reason she is in the main event is Charlotte. She was born for these moments, and Sasha has butterflies because she knows what will happen. Charlotte will knock her off the pedestal. Sasha won't make history, she'll be history.

PROMO (Backstage): Stephanie stops Seth adn sasks him what he is doing here, and why he put himself in jeopardy since he is not medically cleared for in ring action. He says that Stephanie can't tell him what to do anymore, and if Jeri-KO thinks they will have some kind of fairy tale ending then clearly no one is listening. Stephanie says that she is listening, and she heard him say to Michael Cole earlier that he is all alone, and she agrees. For the first time in WWE he is all alone. No Shield, no Authority to have his back. With them he had a chance, but without them he won't last long. Seth again says that she can't tell him how things go anymore. She lost that priviledge when her husband made the second worst decision in his life and turned his back on Seth. Stephanie asks what the first worst decision was, and he said that it was marrying her. He says that she will give him his rematch for the Universal Championship or he will burn Raw to the ground and take Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho with him.
MATCH: Rich Swann vs. Tony Nese
RESULTS: Tony Nese wins via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Not as good as TJP and Kendrick earlier in the show, but this was still very good much like the entire show this week. A huge step up from last week.
VIDEO PACKAGE: To celebrate Hispanic Heritage month they show a video of Mil Mascaras. One of the pioneers of Lucha Libre.

RESULTS: Cesaro & Sheamus win via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: I figured it might be The Shining Stars, and not some squash match. These two are obviously about to become champions in my opinion, and its only a matter of when their match is.

PROMO (Backstage): On her way to the ring, Charlotte stops when she sees Bayley. She calls her Dora and tells her to go find a seat to watch her main event. Bayley tells her not to get to cocky, but Charlotte says her title is talking to loudly and walks off. Dana stays behind and starts to mock and taunt Bayley who snaps and throws her into a production trunk.

RAW WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: Charlotte(c) vs. Sasha Banks
Dana Brooke is getting medical attention after her altercation with Bayley.
RESULTS: Sasha Banks wins via submission and becomes the NEW WWE Raw Women's Champion!
THOUGHTS: Wow.. Just wow.. Charlotte may be the most athletic, impressive, and gifted women's wrestler I've ever seen. Her off the top rope moonsaults are always impressive, but tonight she threw out a corkscrew moonsault from the top rope all the way to the floor that I've never seen a woman do. Unbelievable. This match was a PPV main event worthy match, and seeing Sasha close the show as champ was the best way to do it. Unreal.
