WWE Power Rankings Top 25 Superstars This Week: 9/10/2016

Posted by Ben Guest Saturday, September 10, 2016
Welcome to another edition of Power Rankings from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for one's self, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?

Power Ranking WWE wrestlers list roster

25. Shining Stars

Shining Stars beat Enzo and Cass on Raw. What?

24. Cesaro

Cesaro lost against Sheamus to go 3-0 behind in the best of 7 series. He then beat Sheamus on a house show later in the week to make it 3-1.

23. Hype Bros

Hype Bros lost against Heath Slater and Rhyno on SmackDown.

22. Enzo and Cass

Enzo and Cass lost against Shining Stars on Raw. I hop this programme see's Enzo and Cass destroy Shining Stars for a couple of weeks and then win the Raw tag team title. Then maybe the SmackDown titles. Why not?

21. Sheamus

Sheamus beat Cesaro on Raw before losing against him on a house show, meaning he leads the best of 7 series 3-1. I normally like long term booking but, meh.

20. The Club

The Club cut an awful promo with The New Day on Raw.

19. The New Day

See above.

18. Sami Zayn

Sami Zayn lost against Kevin Owens on Raw. I'm glad we finally got to see this match!!!!!

17. Apollo Crews

Apollo Crews lost against The Miz on SmackDown. Should've kept him in NXT for longer.

16. Becky Lynch, Nikki Bella and Naomi

Team 'face women' cut a promo before losing against team 'heel women' on SmackDown. I'm putting them all together because they all seem like the same person right now anyway.

15. The Usos

The Usos lost against American Alpha, then attacked them and turned heel on SmackDown.

14. Charlotte and Dana Brooke

Charlotte lost against Bayley whilst Dana Brooke took notes on Raw. Dana Brooke taking notes was the most I've ever been entertained by her, good job.

13. Natalya, Alexa Bliss and Carmella

Team 'heel women' cut a promo before beating team 'face women' on SmackDown. Why do WWE insist on pushing all the women at the same time then calling it a "revolution" or "evolution"? Jusr push them like you would the men and then they'll get crowd reactions like the men. I really want to care about this match! That being said, Alexa Bliss impressed me during the promo. So that's a positive I guess?

12. Chris Jericho

Chris Jericho lost against Seth Rollins on Raw. But he won my heart with his and Kevin Owens' bromance.

11. Darren Young

Darren Young beat Jinder Mahal on Raw. Better than the constant matches with Titus O'Neil.

10. Sasha Banks

On Raw Sasha Banks scared the WWE Universe by making everyone think she was retiring or at least leaving for a while. Thankfully, she's back to face Charlotte for the title!

9. Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins cut a promo before beating Chris Jericho on Raw.

8. The Miz

The Miz beat Apollo Crews on SmackDown.

7. American Alpha

American Alpha beat The Usos in 28 seconds on SmackDown. They then got attacked and kayfabe injured for 2-4 weeks.

6. Bayley

Bayley beat Charlotte on Raw. Bayley and Sasha on one brand fighting for the title? Yes please!

5. Heath Slater and Rhyno

Heath Slater and Rhyno beat Hype Bros on SmackDown and will face the winner of Hype Bros vs The Usos for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships at Backlash. I really hope they win.

4. AJ Styles

AJ Styles cut a promo on SmackDown.

3. Dean Ambrose

See above. It wasn't a bad promo, it wasn't a good promo. It was just THE promo.

2. Kevin Owens

Kevin Owens cut a promo before beating Sami Zayn on Raw. Keep him and Jericho together forever. Please? #TeamJeriKO

1. Braun Strowman

Braun Strowman beat Sin Cara on Raw. They seem to be actually putting a lot of thought into how they build Strowman. Good job, keep it up, have him beat Rusev for the US title at WrestleMania.

Do you think anyone should be listed differently?
What can these Superstars do to get back up at the #1 spot?
