Welcome to another edition of Power Rankings from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for one's self, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?

Titus O'Neil lost against Darren Young on Raw.

24. Vaudevillians

Vaudevillians lost against Hype Bros on SmackDown.

23. Apollo Crews

Apollo Crews lost against AJ Styles.

22. Charlotte and Dana Brooke

Dana Brooke lost against Bayley and The New Day, whilst Charlotte was on commentary.

21. Darren Young

Darren Young beat Titus O'Neil on Raw. Just end this feud now, nobody really cares.

20. Naomi and Becky Lynch

Naomi and Becky lost against Alexa Bliss and Natalya on SmackDown.

19. Hype Bros

Hype Bros beat Vaudevillians on SmackDown.

18. Alexa Bliss and Natalya

Alexa Bliss and Natalya beat Naomi and Becky Lynch on SmackDown.

17. The Club

The Club lost against Bayley and The New Day on Raw.

16. Sheamus

Sheamus beat Cesaro on Raw. He now leads the best of 7 series, 2-0.

15. Dolph Ziggler

Dolph Ziggler cut a promo with The Miz on SmackDown.

14. Randy Orton

Randy Orton cut a promo with Bray Wyatt on SmackDown.

13. Sami Zayn

Sami Zayn beat Jinder Mahal on Raw.

12. Bray Wyatt

Bray Wyatt cut a promo with Randy Orton on SmackDown.

11. Heath Slater and Rhyno

Heath Slater and Rhyno beat the returning Headbangers on SmackDown. The Headbangers looked good still and Heath Slater has been very entertaining over the last few weeks.

10. The Miz

The Miz cut a promo with Dolph Ziggler on SmackDown.

9. Chris Jericho

Chris Jericho beat Neville on Raw.

8. The New Day

The New Day teamed up with Bayley to beat The Club and Dana Brooke.

7. Bayley

6. Enzo and Cass

Cass cut a promo before being the first eliminated in the fatal 4-way for the Universal Championship on Raw.

5. Roman Reigns

Roman Reigns cut a promo before being the second eliminated in the fatal 4-way for the Universal Championship on Raw.

4. Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins cut a promo before being the final person eliminated in the fatal 4-way for the Universal Championship on Raw.

3. Dean Ambrose

Dean Ambrose beat Baron Corbin on SmackDown.

2. AJ Styles

AJ Styles beat Apollo Crews before sitting ringside for the match between Dean Ambrose and Baron Corbin on SmackDown.

1. Kevin Owens

After one of the best endings to Raw in a long time and some assistance from the returning Triple H, your new Universal Champion, KEVIN OWENS!
