Each week, DIVAS DEBRIEF runs down the events that transpired in women's professional wrestling from the past couple of days. From the WWE Divas to the TNA Knockouts including some other companies as well, Smark Out Moment attempts to keep you up to date on all things going on with the ladies of the ring.



Natalya vs Charlotte (WWE Women's Championship Match)

Charlotte "whoooos" in Natalya's face to start the match. Natalya immediately goes for a Sharpshooter. They go on and finally lock up. Natalya takes her down. Charlotte with a big shove and more taunting. Charlotte catches a kick, delivers another "whooo" and slaps Natalya. Natalya takes her down but Charlotte applies a headlock. More back and forth. Natalya with a shoulder. Charlotte shows off and Natalya goes for another Sharpshooter as The Nature Boy and The Hitman look on. Charlotte retreats to the floor and back in as Natalya chases her. Charlotte catches Natalya in a neckbreaker for a two count. Charlotte keeps control and drops knees. Charlotte talks trash to the fans and rocks Natalya with knees.

Charlotte with another slap to the face and more showing off. Charlotte with big chops to the chest. Natalya ducks a chop and lands one of her own. Natalya with a German suplex for a two count. Natalya runs over Charlotte's back and dropkicks her in the face. Charlotte pulls Natalya in face first to the turnbuckles. Natalya fights back but Charlotte goes to work on the knee. Charlotte keeps up the attack on the knee and tells Bret to watch so he can learn something. Fans chant for Natalya and she rolls Charlotte up for a two count out of nowhere. Charlotte with a half crab now.

Natalya catches Charlotte in an armbar but it's broken. Charlotte fights back and suplexes Natalya's bad leg into the ropes. More back and forth as they end up on the floor in front of Flair. Charlotte tries to powerbomb Natalya on the apron but it's turned into a half hurricanrana on the floor. Natalya rolls Charlotte back in and stops to stare at Flair. She comes back in for the discus clothesline but Charlotte nails her in the face with a boot for a two count. Charlotte goes for the Figure Four but it's broken with a chop. Natalya with strikes and the discus clothesline for a two count. Natalya looks at Bret and goes for the Sharpshooter but it's countered. Charlotte drops Natalya and hits Natural Selection for a close two count. Charlotte mounts Natalya with forearms and another two count as she's frustrated now.

Charlotte steps on Natalya and goes to the top for a moonsault. She nails it for another close two count. Charlotte applies the Figure Four but Natalya yells at her and won't let her turn it into the Figure Eight. Natalya reverses the Figure Four but Charlotte makes it to the bottom rope. Charlotte gets up and slaps Natalya. Charlotte applies a Sharpshooter and referee Charles Robinson immediately rings the bell for the win. Natalya never tapped out.

Paige vs Women's Champion Charlotte (Non-title match)

They lock up, and Charlotte powers her to the corner. Paige sidesteps her and takes her down by the leg. Paige then applies a modified bow and arrow stretch. Charlotte gets out and puts her on the apron. Charlotte goes on the apron and mocks Paige by saying, “This is my house.” Paige then superkicks her off the apron and does the Ric Flair strut. Paige chases her and punches away at her. Charlotte quickly slams her into the apron and clotheslines her on the floor. Charlotte gets her in the ring and stomps away at her. Paige kicks her back, but she charges into a big boot. Charlotte knees away at Paige and applies a neck vice. Paige fights up, but Charlotte takes her down. Charlotte poses for the crowd before Paige rolls her up. Paige kicks her down a few times before hitting a high knee in the corner followed by a shining wizard for a near fall. Charlotte comes back with a jawbreaker, but Paige avoids a big boot. Paige kicks her in the face for a near fall.

Charlotte elbows and chops her down. Charlotte goes to the top rope, but Paige cuts her off. Paige head-butts her before connecting with a superplex for a near fall. Charlotte gets a sloppy inside cradle for a two count. Charlotte then counters a sunset flip for a two count. Paige then superkicks her down. Paige goes for the PTO, but Charlotte gets to the bottom rope. Paige punches away at her in the corner before Charlotte drops her into the turnbuckle. Charlotte pins her with her feet on the ropes, but Natalya gets on the apron to warn the referee. Paige connects with a fall-away slam for a near fall. Ric Flair makes his way to the ring to a big reception. Flair confronts Natalya at ringside. Charlotte takes Paige down with a backbreaker.

Shane McMahon’s music hits, and he comes out with a bunch of referees to kick Ric Flair out of ringside. Flair is irate as the referees back him up. Paige sidesteps Charlotte and rolls her up for the win.

Jade vs Gail Kim

Jade and Gail lockup with Jade taking Gail down with a Waistlock, but Gail reverses into a side headlock. Jade. Jade fights back to her feet but Gail takes her back down to the mat with a side headlock takeover. Sienna is shown watching the match at ringside. Jade reverses the hold but Gail counters with a Back Suplex attempt only for Jade to reverse it into a Side Headlock Takeover. Gail fights back up and shoves Jade into the ropes only to eat a shoulder block. Gail answers with a shoulder block of her own and then eats an arm drag from Jade. Gail answers with her own arm drag leading to a staredown between the two. Gail quickly rolls Jade up for a nearfall but then Jade catches Gail with a body scissors for a nearfall of her own. Jade attempts a La Magistral but Gail counters into a rollup for another nearfall. Gail catches Jade with a side roll for another nearfall. Gail goes for a Crucifix only for Jade to block it and Gail to catch her with a Spinning Arm Drag. Gail follows up with a hurricanrana but then hits the ropes and runs into a rana from Jade of her own! They stare each other down again and then Gail offers a handshake which Jade accepts only for both girls to exchange forearms. Jade whips Gail into the corner but Gail leapfrogs a charging Jade and lays into her with more forearms. Jade floats over a charging Gail and hitsa nasty Bridging German Suplex for a nearfall! Jade goes for the Pedigree but Gail blocks it and counters into a Backslide attempt. Jade blocks it so Gail pulls Jade into a Shortarm Clothesline. Gail lifts Jade up to the top rope and climbs up with her only for Jade to shove her off.

Gail gets back to her feet and swings at Jade but Jade catches her arm and locks her in a Hanging Armbar over the top rope! Jade releases the hold and then goes for a springboard move but Gail sweeps her legs knocking Jade to the floor. Gail hits a Plancha off the top onto Jade on the floor! Gail rolls Jade into the ring and then she catches Sienna as she started walking towards the ring. Jade hits a Tope Suicida through the ropes onto Gail on the floor! Sienna slams Jade into the ring post and then the ring steps to cause a DQ as Sienna swings Jade by her legs into the steps.

Alexa Bliss vs. Rachael Ellering

Alexa tries to work on Rachel’s arm. Rachel manages to reverse Alexa’s armbar into multiple unsuccessful pin attempts. Alexa drops Rachel arm first on the mat. Alexa locks in a hammer lock. Alexa continues to work over Rachel’s arm. Rachel surprises Alexa with multiple straight right hands. Rachel picks up Alexa in a fireman’s carry, but Alexa fights out of it. Alexa grabs Rachel by the throat and drives her into the mat. Alexa hits the sparkle splash for the win.

Dana Brooke vs Becky Lynch

Brooke kicks Lynch in the gut. Brooke with a clubbing blow to the back of Lynch. Lynch with a series of forearms. Lynch follows that up with a uppercut and a flying forearm. Brooke ducks a clothesline from Lynch. Brooke with a ground and pound attack. Brooke drives her knee to the back of Lynch’s head. Brooke stomps on Lynch’s chest in the corner. Brooke drives Lynch’s face down to the mat.

Brooke with a bow and arrow submission hold. Lynch with a roll up for a two count. Lynch lands a couple of forearms. Lynch with two running lariats and a dropkick. Lynch with a running corner forearm. Lynch with the come at me boot. Brooke with a snap mare that sends Lynch face first to the bottom rope. Emma attacks Lynch injured eye behind the referee’s back. Brooke with a single leg takedown with a jackknife cover to pickup the victory.
