Each week, DIVAS DEBRIEF runs down the events that transpired in women's professional wrestling from the past couple of days. From the WWE Divas to the TNA Knockouts including some other companies as well, Smark Out Moment attempts to keep you up to date on all things going on with the ladies of the ring.



Charlotte vs Becky Lynch vs Sasha Banks (Triple Threat Match for the WWE Women's Championship

We see Lita in the ring holding the new title, which will be presented to the winner of this match. Sasha Banks' music hits next and fans pop big. WWE Hall of Famer Snoop Dogg comes out with Raven Felix, who sings Sasha's theme. Snoop starts rapping to introduce his cousin and out she comes to a big pop. Snoop escorts her to the ring. Cole tells us Sasha's gear is inspired by Eddie Guerrero, her hero. Purple confetti falls in the stadium as Snoop and Sasha head to ringside. They stop and give each other love as Sasha hits the ring and Snoop heads back up. Out next comes the last WWE Divas Champion Charlotte in a robe that's made out of pieces her dad wore at WrestleMania 32 in his retirement match. Charlotte heads to the ring with WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair right behind her. She stops and raises her arms as pyro goes off behind her. Cole confirms the title will be retired tonight. Flair takes the robe at ringside as we see crew members cleaning confetti up from the ring area. Charlotte raises the title and we get formal ring introductions from Lilian.

Fans chant "this is wrestling" before the bell. Charlotte fights them both off to start. It comes down to Sasha and Becky going at it. Charlotte stops a pin. Sasha gets a close pin on Becky. More back and forth and pins. Becky runs into a big boot from Charlotte. Charlotte points at Sasha and the fans pop as Becky rolls to the floor. Sasha ends up taking Charlotte down with a hurricanrana. Charlotte drops Sasha into the corner and thrusts her. Becky comes in and Germans Charlotte but Sasha takes a pin for a 2 count. Sasha and Becky go at it now. Becky with an arm drags. She keeps Sasha grounded now. Charlotte drags Sasha out of the ring with a wheelbarrow and slingshots her back into the ropes, to the floor. Becky takes Sasha out on the floor and brings her back in. Charlotte goes for a Figure Four but Becky kicks her off and hits more shots. Becky with an inverted DDT for a 2 count. Charlotte sells an arm injury. Becky goes to the corner but Charlotte cuts her off and brings her to the mat with a Rude Awakening for a 2 count.

Charlotte keeps control for another 2 count. Charlotte works on Becky's legs now. Becky fights off a Figure Four and in comes Sasha. Sasha with shoulder thrusts on Charlotte in the corner. She lays Charlotte across the middle rope and goes for the knees but Becky runs over and sends Sasha to the floor hard. Charlotte moves out of the way and rolls Becky up for 2. Becky ends up getting the Disarm Her applied and Flair jumps on the apron to provide distraction but has no luck. Flair hops back down and the referee checks on Charlotte. Sasha runs in and breaks the hold. Becky tosses Sasha back to the floor. Charlotte drives Becky's back into her knee. Charlotte applies the Figure Four but can't bridge it. Sasha comes off the top with an Eddie Guerrero frogsplash on both of them and covers Charlotte for a close 2 count.

Sasha catches Charlotte with double knees for a 2 count as Becky breaks it. Becky with a big German on Sasha. More back and forth. Becky with a Rock Bottom on Charlotte but Sasha breaks the pin. Sasha and Becky go at it now. Becky with a roll up for 2. Sasha with double knees in the corner. Sasha plays to the crowd and gets a pop. Sasha runs the ropes with Becky but leaps out onto Charlotte on the floor. F;air gets in Charlotte's face and "whooos" at him. Becky dives out and takes just Flair down to a big pop. Everyone is down as Charlotte pulls herself to the apron. She goes to the top and nails a nice moonsault on Becky and Sasha. Charlotte is hype as fans give her an applause. Fans chant "this is wrestling" as we get several replays. Charlotte brings them both in the ring as the same time and hits a double Natural Selection. She covers Becky for a 2 count. She covers Sasha for a 2 count. Charlotte is frustrated now. She covers for two more pin attempts.

Flair is back to his feet now. Charlotte sends Becky into the ring post. She goes to powerbomb Sasha but Sasha counters and ends back up on her shoulders in an electric chair position. Becky takes them both down with a missile dropkick from the top. Becky with a close 2 count on Charlotte. Becky with the Dis-arm-Her on Charlotte for a big pop. Sasha breaks it and gets the Banks Statement on Becky. Charlotte applies the Figure Four on Sasha and Becky goes to the floor. Sasha fights it and reveres the Figure Four. Charlotte bridges into the Figure Eight but Becky pulls Sasha from the floor and breaks the hold. Charlotte chops each opponent while all three are on their knee snow. Sasha and Becky unload and both hammer away on her. They end up getting to their feet and Charlotte spears Sasha. Becky takes Charlotte to the corner for thrusts. Becky takes Charlotte to the top but Charlotte fights her. Sasha comes over and pushes Becky to the mat. Sasha beats on Charlotte on the top. Becky kicks Sasha's feet out and she's hung upside down. Becky hits a big superplex on Charlotte. Sasha ends up hitting the Backstabber and Banks Statement on Becky again. Charlotte sends Sasha to the floor and fans boo. Charlotte applies the Figure Four and bridges it on Becky for the win.

Sasha Banks vs Summer Rae
Charlotte accepts the new WWE Women's Championship

Summer uses a distraction to get the upper hand to star the match. She then hits a big spinning heel kick and then slaps Sasha across the face. Bad move. Sasha loses her mind and takes it to Summer with a double knee stomp for two-count. Summer goes for another spin kick, but Sasha turns it into a Bank Statement for the submission win.

The formal introduction of the new WWE Womens Championship to the rightful owner, Charlotte. All the WWE Divas are in the ring along side Hall of Famer Lita! Lita talks about how she didn't have many women to look up to in the business, but this is a new era of womens wrestling with great superstars. She then introduces Charlotte. The crowd is chanting for Bayley as Charlotte grabs a mic. Charlotte then says that this title wouldn't be what it is without the women standing in the ring, and the crowd. They have changed womens wrestling forever. This even gets a " Womens wrestling!" chant going throughout the ring. Then Charlotte thanks her dad for helping her win the last night and helping her become immortalized. Charlotte then starts in on Becky and Sasha and says she is better than everyone, and then every superstar in the ring leaves. Natty grabs a mic next, she says Charlotte needs to learn a little about humility. Natty then says she would love a match, but Charlotte declines. Saying "This belt on my shoulder says my family will always be better than your family." and Natty attacks. Charlotte escapes to fight another day!

Gail Kim vs Madison Rayne vs Jade (Triple Threat Match for the TNA Knockouts Title)

All three girls trade shots at the beginning, and Gail briefly is disposed of as Madison and Jade trade pinfall attempts. Gail comes back in to interject, but Jade turns her inside out with a German suplex and trades shots with Madison. Gail with a DDT/flatliner combo on both girls, then continues dishing out offense to both opponents by herself. Madison rolls out to the floor and Jade takes her out with a dive through the ropes, then knocks Gail on her butt with a kick to the skull. Jade chokes Madison and actually carries her around ringside by the neck, then drills her with a shotgun dropkick on the floor. The referee is paying attention to them as Maria comes out and hits Gail with the Knockouts Title belt, and Jade hits Gail with an STO and picks up the win.

Bailey vs Asuka (NXT Women's Championship Match)

We get formal ring introductions from Greg Hamilton and the fans are really going at it early. Bayley avoids a kick to start. They lock up and Bayley takes the arm. Asuka counters and they trade more holds, going to the mat with Bayley in control of the arm. More back and forth. They run the ropes and do more counters. Bayley avoids a kick and we have a stalemate. Asuka with kicks. Bayley with a shot to the face. Asuka with a forearm and the flying hip attack. Asuka with a kick to the head. Asuka goes to hit a hip attack on the apron but Bayley moves and she gets caught in the ropes. Bayley nails her and goes to the second rope for another 2 count. Bayley takes Asuka to the corner with shoulder thrusts. Asuka sends Bayley to the apron but Bayley goes to the top for a crossbody and a 2 count. Bayley drops a knee and keeps control but Asuka catches her in a Fujiwara armbar. It's broken but Asuka unloads in the corner. Bayley ducks a kick in the corner and turns Asuka upside down. Bayley with kicks. Bayley uses the bottom rope to drop an elbow while Asuka is upside down. Bayley with a 2 count.

Asuka goes to the top but Bayley rocks her with forearms. Fans with dueling chants now. Bayley with a top rope hurricanrana for a 2 count. Bayley locks in her guillotine choke now. She tightens it in the middle of the ring. Asuka breaks it and applies the ankle lock. Bayley rolls through and sends Asuka out to the floor. Bayley sells an ankle injury but ends up diving through the ropes and taking Asuka down with a scissors. Bayley brings it back in the ring for a 2 count. Bayley rocks Asuka with shots but Asuka just yells at her. They run the ropes and Asuka hits a dropkick. Asuka with kicks. Asuka counters in the corner and nails a missile dropkick. Asuka with more kicks with Bayley on her knees. Bayley counters and hits a forearm. Asuka drops her again and hits a running knee for a 2 count.

Bayley with a 2 count. More dueling chants, more back and forth. Bayley with a big suplex. Bayley ducks one kick but gets caught with another and goes down. Fans chant "this is awesome" as the referee counts. They get up and both go for dropkicks at the same time. They get up trading forearms. Asuka nails a big one to the face. Bayley gets mad and fires back. Bayley drops her into Asuka's kneebar. Asuka makes it to the bottom rope but Bayley pulls her back and slams the knee. Asuka fights to her feet but Bayley elbows her other knee. Bayley continues working on the legs now as fans cheer her.

Asuka catches Bayley in an armbar out of nowhere. Bayley fights it but Asuka reverses it and sits on her. Bayley rolls her up for a 2 count. Bayley ducks kicks and rolls Asuka up for a 2 count. Bayley avoids the Asuka Lock and nails a suplex. Bayley with a low clothesline for another 2 count. Bayley struggles to get a submission applied as we get more back and forth. Asuka escapes and kicks out. Asuka blocks the Belly-to-Bayley. Asuka with a kick that dazes Bayley. Asuka with a suplex and an armbar. Bayley gets to her feet and tries to break the Asuka Lock. Bayley is reaching for the ropes but Asuka drops her to the mat and tightens the hold. Asuka pulls them back up as Bayley is still trying to get all the way out. Asuka takes them back to the mat and tightens it. Bayley is fading as the referee checks on her. She passes out for the win.

Natalya vs Summer Rae

Waist locks and reversals early on transitioned to a nice suplex and seated drop kicks from Natalya. Summer fired back with some kicks and sent Natalya through the first and second rope. Summer hit a snap suplex on the floor and tossed Natalya back in the ring for a two count. She continued with more kicks and sent Natalya into the corner. Nattie caught a kick and applied a Sharpshooter for the quick tap out victory.
