WWE Title Change: Kevin Owens Wins Intercontinental Championship on Monday Night Raw 2/15/2016 | Smark Out Moment
On the February 15, 2016 edition of Monday Night Raw, the Intercontinental Championship changed hands as Kevin Owens won a Fatal 5-Way to take the belt off Dean Ambrose.

My immediate reaction: Good! If Ambrose wasn't going to be defending the belt at Fastlane and there was a chance he didn't defend it at WrestleMania (depending on their plans for him) then it makes sense for him to drop it, and Kevin Owens is the man, so having him hold the belt again is no downgrade. The only issue I have with this is that it seems like it guarantees I won't be getting the Kevin Owens vs. Undertaker match I was hoping for. However, it does also seem to mean that the match between Kevin Owens and AJ Styles will probably happen and be for the Intercontinental Championship, which upgrades it.
