Well the new year has begun and I'm excited for what is to come in women's wrestling. I'm glad that TNA is sticking around, not for the brand itself, but for their impressive Knockouts Division. It seems that the big story right now is the war between The Dollhouse and The Beautiful People which we saw start towards the end of TNA's short broadcast tenure on Destination America. It will be interesting to see who goes over in this feud, but eventually TNA needs to put the focus back on its Knockouts Title scene and its champion Gail Kim.

As for WWE, it appears that Charlotte is going to be the Divas champion for the long haul, or at least until WrestleMania. Her feud against Becky Lynch seems to be a stop-gap solution for when they focus on her big WrestleMania feud, which I hope it's Sasha Banks. Although it is reported that Banks is out until February with a sprained MCL (of course a WWE star is injured right now), having her face Charlotte for the title at AT&T Stadium in Texas seems to be the logical next step. They can have an incredible match and the foundations of a big storyline between the two are already there. Just look at what they have been able to do together in NXT for any proof of that. Hopefully WWE is able to make a compelling story in their women's division to start off 2016.

So there you have it, the breakdown for the week in women's wrestling. What were some of your favorite and least favorite moments from these women? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!
