The most viable option is Lesnar winning clean in a clean pinfall beat-each-other match, but not before Rollins putting on a great in-ring performance looking stronger than ever after which The Beast will finally win. He is able to take Lesnar to his limits, but he will surely come up short.
Lesnar is one of the strongest forces in wrestling history and everybody anticipates him winning the title. By now, it's such a game for Lesnar to dismantle his opponents that this website might as well make a whole game inspired by it like they've done with other wrestlers before.
Another interesting clash will be Bray Wyatt vs. Roman Reigns because we know how much Reigns wants to revenge his ruined chances of winning the Money in the Bank. Reigns was right there on the 5 yard line about to score, but he was unfortunately stopped. He had an excellent year with lots of lows and highs, but he is getting better each week.
What about the Ryback vs. Big Show vs. The Miz matchup? There is a great heat between Ryback, Big Show and The Miz that is slowly reaching a boiling point, and this will be a chance for them to set the records straight. Ryback has really come into his own and this matchup is ultimately good for him.
Although a Triple Threat match can take more time, he can choose when to strike and does not have to perform every moment of the match. It will be a hard-hitting showdown, especially between him and Big Show, so there should be a little for everyone.
In the only tag team match we will see The Prime Time Players go against The New Day to defend the WWE Tag Team Championship. Thanks to the meshing of personalities together and the efforts as a team, The New Day grew into one of the hottest heel acts despite starting out as a weak gimmick team that no one cared about, a real success story. Both teams have a lot to gain. The Prime Time Players need some more time with the titles to become solid champions and grow as performers, while the The New Day can brag a lot more with the belts. Since champions obviously tend to retain more than they lose, you can bet your millions of dollars (millions of dollars! millions of dollars!) that The Prime Time Players will walk out of Battleground with the titles in hand.
The last, but not the least matchup will be John Cena vs. Kevin Owens. Owens is a Superstar that has made the quickest impact since Kurt Angle and Brock Lesnar, coming in with a heartless execution and killer instinct like the Terminator.
Cena will have a tough job because Owens is probably a much different animal than any other that has stepped up to him before, an animal full of confidence. So far Cena and Owens are tied with one win each, which means this third match could become one of the most interesting trilogies ever in the WWE United States Championship.
