This was a forgettable epsisode of NXT. None of the matches really stood out. There were a lot of things that bothered me including The Ascension facing and squashing yet another no name anonymous tag team. I'm not sure how I feel about the Ascension because throughout their lengthy title reign, we haven't really seen them wrestle.
I also didn't like how The Vaudevillains lost to Kalisto and Sin Cara. Kalisto keeps getting matched up with random partners, and quite frankly, he jasn't done anything too impressive. The Vaudevillains, on the other hand, have been getting a decent build up in recent weeks so I'm not sure why they didn't go over tonight. Gotch and English are awesome wrestlers, but their style didn't mesh well with the lucha libre style of their opponents.
