REVIEW

There are some great characters and feuds being developed over the past few weeks. Adam Rose is a ton of fun and a great competitor. I'm always amazed by how much of an impact a gimmick change can have on a wrestler. Adam Rose is getting very over with the crowd and is working his way up the NXT roster. He is certainly more over than Leo Kruger ever was and its only his third week under this gimmick. When I first heard about Adam Rose, I thought it was going to be stupid but for some reason, I think it's great.

Mojo Rawley is gaining a ton of momentum but I personally find his character very annoying. His match tonight was pretty good but, like I said, there is something about his “hyped” persona that I don't like. However, his feud against CJ Parker is perfect and their rematch should prove to be a great match.

The feud between Sami Zayn and Corey Graves is really heating up. After his attack on Zayn tonight Graves is a full blown heel and he fits the role very well. When those two meet up again it is going to be epic. Graves is a very underrated wrestler and Zayn is the best performer in NXT, if not one of the best in the world. With Graves looking to prove himself and Zayn bringing his usual high energy performance, this is shaping up to be another classic feud featuring the former El Generico.

Besides these developments, Aiden English put on an impressive showing tonight against Sheamus. In a single match, he went from a midcard comedy act to a serious threat in NXT. It doesn't matter that he lost, he still looked very good.

NXT is really delivering lately and is giving the main roster a serious run for its money. With the up and comers in NXT nipping at their heels, it should improve the overall performance of the main roster superstars and I think it already has. WWE is putting out its best product in quite some time and this is in no small part due to the amazing performances seen on NXT.
