Smark Out Moment

No longer in its glory, but still an interesting concept, Hell in a Cell comes to pay-per-view once more. I've gone on record before saying that I think they waste this match by having it every year as a set in stone pay-per-view time. My opinion has not changed on this.



WWE Championship [Hell in a Cell/Triple Threat]: John Cena (c) vs. Alberto Del Rio vs. CM Punk
Man, Del Rio is getting screwed isn't he? He continually gets told that he's going to win the title at a certain pay-per-view only for them to change their minds, it takes two "almost guaranteed world title reign" wins (Royal Rumble and Money in the Bank) for them to pull the trigger, and his whole reign exists of him being the B-story of a half-assed feud where he doesn't even show up one week because of visa issues, and then he drops the belt and doesn't even get a singles rematch. Ouch. I have no faith that Del Rio is walking out the champion here, so instead, I'm expecting Cena to pin him after an Attitude Adjustment while CM Punk is distracted with someone else that has to do with the conspiracy storyline.

PREDICTION: John Cena retains the title.


World Heavyweight Championship [Hell in a Cell]: Mark Henry (c) vs. Randy Orton
They showed that they didn't have the restraint to keep the title on Del Rio instead of John Cena, so I'm starting to think that Mark Henry's title reign will be similar to Del Rio's and Christian's - transitional. I love that Mark Henry got the title in the first place, so if he does drop it to Orton here, at least he can say he was a former world champion, but I'm still hoping that Orton doesn't win it back until Vengeance at the earliest.

PREDICTION: Mark Henry retains the title, unless someone like Big Show returns and interferes.


Sheamus vs. Christian
Very generic feud that I'm not particularly into. I just hope it's worth the time or it doesn't take up a lot of time. This card hasn't shaped up at all yet in my mind and this didn't really help to sell it.

PREDICTION: Sheamus wins.


Divas Championship: Kelly Kelly (c) vs. Beth Phoenix
If Beth doesn't win this, then I have no clue where they'll go, and if Beth does win, then why didn't they just have her win last month?

PREDICTION: Beth wins.

Sin Cara vs. Sin Cara
Personally, I think this could work better for Smackdown than a ppv, but I can see them putting it on the ppv as well. Now the only question is what they do with the heel afterward. Does he call himself Hunico or something else? Does he continue feuding with Sin Cara? Does he just leave like Fake Kane and Fake Undertaker? We'll see.

PREDICTION: Sin Cara wins...haha. Cheap guess, I know.

I could see them adding Ziggler/Swagger against AirBoom. They could also have something with Miz and Truth interrupting the show. I don't think we'll be seeing the Intercontinental title defended.
