My take on the situation? Good. Titus has the muscles that the WWE is fond of, but really, nothing else to offer. On the mic he was crap, in the ring he wasn't exactly lighting up the place, and he doesn't exactly have charisma or age on his side (being 33 years old already). The only bad thing out of this situation is that it downplays Zack Ryder's involvement in the show. Ryder could use the extra screen time and it's a shame he probably won't be used that often anymore.
The poll, for those interested, went as follows:
1. Kaval
2. Percy Watson
3. Michael McGillicutty
4. Alex Riley
5. Lucky Cannon
6. Eli Cottonwood
7. Husky Harris
8. Titus O'Neil
I'm a bit curious about how the group is laid out, but not necessarily in a bad way. I fully expected Kaval to be up near the top, so that's no surprise. The same goes for Joe Hennig and Alex Riley. What confuses me though is Percy Watson being #2. I'm not a detractor of the guy, and I'd like to see him in a tag team, but #2? Just curious. I'm also curious as to what the public poll results were, despite how they really don't matter in the slightest bit. I'd just like to know if people are voting based on the kayfabe competition of it all (for instance, Riley being up so high for his record and Harris being low for his) or if they're voting based on kayfabe favorites (ie, not voting Riley up higher because he's a bad guy), or if they're voting based on smark favorites (ie, if I were to vote, I'd put Riley at #1, Kaval at #2, McGillicutty at #3, etc).
