Josh Matthews & Byron Saxton - I can't see why they'd demote Josh to just an interviewer and give Saxton nothing, rather than keeping them as the commentators.
Savannah - Same scenario as Matthews and Saxton. She might as well remain their announcer.
Tiffany - She's had some training as a wrestler but she's actually not too bad as a general manager, all things considered. I think they'll probably keep her in the same role.
Abraham Washington & Tony Atlas - If NXT does in fact go the route of being almost a reality show, then it's safe to say Washington stays and becomes one of the focal points. Why they haven't realized that he sucks is beyond me, but it appears they like him, and you know how the WWE does things when they like it and nobody else does - they do it more and more and more, cram it down your throat as much as possible, and try to convince you that you're wrong.
Tyler Reks - Gone. Released. The guy hasn't been used at all in a very long time and had nothing going for him when he was on TV in the first place. Plus, he had that situation with the plane which isn't a gold star on his report card. Reks may stay long enough to be a part of NXT, but I wouldn't be surprised if they just went ahead and cut him loose instead.
Vance Archer - This guy, I'm not sure of. He has absolutely no place on Raw or Smackdown, so I can see him staying on NXT, but I don't know. I really have no clue. What I'd like to see them do, though, is move him to Smackdown and start a tag team between him and Mike Knox.
Caylen Croft & Trent Barreta - Staying on NXT or going to Smackdown.
Yoshi Tatsu - For his sake, he better stay on NXT. If he goes over to Raw or Smackdown, he'll be buried in no time. The guy is a mediocre flash in the pan and has absolutely no staying power whatsoever. The sooner you put him in with the big boys, the sooner he's released. Yoshi Tatsu is the next Taka Michinoku or Tajiri or, well, the list goes on. If he's going somewhere else, it'll probably be Raw.
Zack Ryder & Rosa Mendes - I think he's going to Smackdown. Could they possibly tag him up with Dolph Ziggler? I kind of hope not, as I'd like them both to receive midcard pushes, but if they aren't willing to do that, then these two would make a good tag team. Rosa, well, who cares? She's hot but she can't do anything else well.
Goldust - Either brand he goes to, he won't be used anywhere near to the capacity that he's currently being used on ECW. My guess is Raw, but it really doesn't matter.
Ezekiel Jackson & William Regal - I'm assuming Raw, but I can't see either of them making the slightest bit of impact or headway on that brand. The WWE is overcrowding the two brands if they move all the ECW stars over to Raw and Smackdown and the only way to get rid of a situation where people are falling at the wayside is to either release some names or to create some new tag teams (like Archer/Knox, Ryder/Ziggler, etc).
Vladimir Kozlov - He goes to Raw to tag team with Santino due to their show. When that fails, he'll be released, as he should have been released a VERY long time ago.
The Hurricane - Helms better pray he goes to Smackdown to hang out with his friends Hardy and Truth, as he'll at least be able to spend time with them. There's no way he'll receive any kind of push or importance, so that's the very best he can hope for.
Shelton Benjamin - Tough. If Shelton were to just take some acting classes and be comfortable and better on the mic, he'd be a world champ, but he just doesn't seem dedicated enough to do that. The guy's spectacular in the ring, though. My guess is, he goes to Smackdown.
Christian - Raw. Yup. He's going to Raw. You think they're not going to move the most popular guy from ECW over to the flagship show to try to get more viewers? C'mon. The big question is, does he feud with the Miz or go into the Money in the Bank match?
UPDATE: PWInsider is reporting that a rumored list of developmental names that could be a part of the NXT brand are as follows: Daniel Bryan (Bryan Danielson), Kaval (Low Ki), Brett DiBiase, Justin Angel, Skip Sheffield, Joe Hennig, Darren Young, Heath Slater, and Michael Tarver. I don't know much about these guys, although from what I hear, Danielson is some sort of wrestling god or whatever, and I know they've had Slater waiting in the wings for quite a while now. DiBiase and Hennig are the tag team champions in FCW, which I think is a cool idea, so I hope they continue that. There is also a report saying that they will each have a "WWE Veteran Mentor" to go along with them. When it comes to a situation like that, I'd have to say Goldust will probably be a part of that. I wouldn't be too surprised if Finlay, Chavo Guerrero, Charlie Haas, Funaki, and maybe even some of the backstage guys like Dean Malenko are a part of it as well.
