WWE Turn Alert: Titus O'Neil Turns Heel on Monday Night Raw 8/1/2016

Posted by Anthony Mango Monday, August 1, 2016
Titus O'Neil turned heel on the August 1, 2016 edition of Monday Night Raw after wrestling his former tag team partner Darren Young, calling him out for having never been great to begin with (a joke everyone in the IWC has been making for months) and defeating him by holding the tights.

My first reaction: While this is not a 100% official heel turn with him attacking Darren afterward, it's pretty obvious that this is the intention this will build to, with this being the catalyst for a future solidification of his heel turn. As far as my thoughts on the issue...meh. Titus O'Neil is someone that I don't think can really go that far as a singles competitor and he's been both a heel and a babyface before with nothing being super great. Whatever.

What do you think of Titus O'Neil turning heel? Are you a fan of it or is this a mistake? What direction do you think WWE will take with this character change?
