His drug test result was 37-1 testosterone/epitestosterone, above the 4-1 limit, and he's also been suspended from powerlifting for 4 years along with his WWE release.
My reaction: This sucks. I've always liked Billy Gunn and I think he was a valuable asset when it came to not only the developmental program, but also just being able to make appearances for DX and New Age Outlaws stuff. Part of me is hoping that this is just b.s. and that it will come out that he's not actually been released, but maybe just suspended or something, or at least that he might come back in a few months or so. Then again, if he's been dabbling in things that would get him released, he had it coming and would have nobody to blame but himself.
